Gostamos absolutamente de tudo! Os quartos são lindos, arrumados impecavelmente todos os dias. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. A localização do hotel é excelente os colaboradores do hotel são gentis e cordiais. Poderia ter um hotel igual a esse em todas as cidades que visitamos. O hotel não possui estacionamento próprio, mas tem parceria com um estacionamento que funciona como um valet, você chega até uma pracinha a 100 metros do hotel e a equipe do estacionamento busca o carro com você. E a qualquer hora que queria usar o carro é só pedir na portaria ou acionar a equipe do estacionamento por WhatsApp que eles te levam ou buscam o carro.

A localização muito boa! Café da manhã fraco! poucas opções e o café precisa ser solicitado para as atendentes. A pessoa da recepção nada simpática. Solicitamos umas taças para beber vinho e nos deram copos de papél, alegando que não havia disponibilidade.

Pros:

The location is very well situated, just a 10-minute walk from the port and the bus station (the one coming from Naples), on a quiet side street. Although the hotel entrance feels a bit unusual at first, the interior is very charming and elegant, with a lovely Italian style. It’s not a modern or “wow” type of hotel, but rather a place with great taste and a cozy atmosphere.
The room was nice, spacious enough, and very clean, and the bathroom was equally spotless. The breakfast at the property was delicious, although somewhat repetitive, offering omelets, cheese, ham, croissants, cakes, pastries, and fresh fruit every day.
The ladies from the kitchen and reception were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Although there is a supermarket next to the hotel — which can be convenient for buying water, drinks, and other essentials — the area becomes quite busy in the evening. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very well soundproofed, so until around midnight or 1 AM, you can hear a lot of noise from people walking around outside.
In the morning, there are also deliveries to the supermarket, and the carts being dragged across the pavement can be quite loud. This was probably the only real downside of the stay: while the central location is definitely an advantage, the noise and activity in the area can be a bit disturbing.

Cons:

One day a large group was leaving the hotel early and there was no hot water so we could not shower. We also had difficulty at breakfast as there was no room to sit. Other than that, we had a marvelous stay.

O ședere extraordinara la acest hotel.
Pros:

Ne-a plăcut totul. Gazdele foarte primitoare, niște oameni minunați. Erau gata sa îți ofere tot sprijinul de care aveai nevoie.
Hotel amplasat foarte bine, exact în centru, foarte curat, cochet. Mic dejun excelent pentru Italia.
