Excelente hotel
Pros:

A localização é perfeita. Giovana e Carla foram incríveis com a gente alem do pessoal do cafe da manha. A melhor hospedagem que tivemos na Italia.

Excellent!! Few steps away from taxi drop off. Market right beside the hotel and location couldn’t be more perfect. Delicious breakfast as well.

The hotel made a recommendation for a parking concierge company which damaged our rental car. Sorrento Parking. I cannot

The hotel recommended a car parking concierge service which damaged the rental car. The company, Sorrento Parking, took a video of the car upon receipt showing no damage. The car showed damage upon delivery. The company states that their video was of low quality and so takes no responsibility for the damage. Sorrento Parking did not respond to several attempts to engage in next steps. After an escalation, they responded with a photo of the damage that we ourselves provided as „evidence“ of scratches even though these are not visible in their own video.

Kahvaltı iyiydi, çırpılmış yumurta, peynir çeşitleri ve bolca tatlı ürün vardı. Dükkanların olduğu ana caddeye çok yakındı. Limana , plajlara ve tren istasyonuna 10 dakika yürüyüş mesafesindeydi.

Pros:

Quarto charmoso e aconchegante, funcionários solícitos,educados e cordiais. Localização excelente, faz tudo caminhando sem necessidade de carro para conhecer a linda Sorrento.

Cons:

O barulho na rua à noite e de madrugada é muito alto, passam carrinhos o tempo todo.
O elevador só atende a partir do primeiro andar
