Cons:

Camera rumorosa, letto scomodo, testata del letto sporca, ho trovato anche il cestino pieno di rifiuti. Colazione modesta. Inoltre c'era puzza di fogna nel bagno che veniva dalla doccia.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits avec ma femme et notre fille de trois ans dans cet hôtel à Barcelone, réservé sur Booking.
A notre grande déception, malgré nos demandes répétées pour un lit bébé ou enfant, on nous a indiqué à chaque nuit et à chaque renouvellement de demande qu'il n'y avait pas de disponibilité !!
Cela a été une grande déception, car nous avions vraiment besoin de cette option pour le confort de notre fille, qui s'est trouvé contrariée de dormir avec nous sur deux lits simples !!
Malheureusement, on a senti un manque de considération, puisqu'on a demandé la deuxième nuit juste un matelas au moins!! mais les réponses étaient toujours négatives.
Ces réponses ne nous parviennent pas directement en revenant vers nous en s'excusant au moins, mais il faudrait à chaque fois repasser à la réception pour renouveler la demande et retrouver le même discours ignorant.

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique. Rien à dire sur la propreté et l’emplacement est bien. Le petit dej est pas très varié mais c’est juste ok.

Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation. On entend distinctement les voisins parler, marcher normalement dans leur chambre , leur système de porte de chambre oblige à claquer les portes pour les fermer, c’est super bruyant.

Terrible, dirty plates, breakfast very bad, nothing was organised.

Cons:

Check in time was 14:00, we arrive 14:15 and was told our room is not ready, 15:00 came and then it was ready. Breakfast was horrible, we asked for more bacon and was told no. Plates was dirty. Next morning, we wanted to sleep in after a long flight but was woken up my furniture moving for the whole morning.

Ontbijt is heel basic en alle dagen hetzelfde , hier erg ontevreden over en ook omdat ze weinig of niet op tijd en niet alles aanvulden, dit kan veel beter . Lawaaierige kamers dus je moet geluk hebben met uw buren.

Beautiful city lovely hotel for only 3star would stay again
Pros:

The location of the hotel is ideal for families as right in the heart of Barcelona after a long day out sightseeing it’s Perfect hidden gem we didn’t have the breakfast included cheaper to just buy food at local supermarket

Cons:

I felt for the money would of been nice to have tea and coffee kettle in room for drinks as had to keep buying coffee ☕️ out apart from that we loved it 👌👌
