מלון ממש מתוק מרכזי נעים - מגיש שתייה ונשנושים טעימים במהלך היום אסתטי מאד החדרים ממש נחמדים

מדרגות ממש קטנות והמעלית איטית. לא היה שירות חדרים וקצת קדיחות במהלך הלילה בוקר מוקדם

Overall quite good
Pros:

Our bedroom was the one shown on the website, so no complaints there.
The lobby and breakfast room are very stylish and there’s free hot drinks, water and cake/biscuits.
The bedroom was quite small though- not much space around the bed and not much space for clothes in the wardrobe- mainly because it was full of the ironing board and luggage rack.
Shower over bath and the bathroom is really small.
There’s no proper door - just cupboard doors basically, with a gap in the middle, so lacking in privacy. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Everything was perfect!!! The design, the service, the breakfast was delicious and they had gluten free bread. 10 out of 10, best value for money I ever had.

A gem of a hotel in the best district in Amsterdam
Pros:

Excellent stay. Lovely lobby/facilities, adorable, quiet and comfotable room, exceptional service and superb location along the canal. There was even an elevator for my elderly mom, which is difficult to find in the Jordaan district!!! Would recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Estherea but would have preferred a canal view room.
Pros:

Very well decorated hotel. Beautifully appointed. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

The room was small and French doors opened into a wall facing other rooms.

Wonderful, luxurious hotel to enjoy Amsterdam

Awesome place whose only fault is its breakfast room!
Pros:

Liked its location and professional staff. Disliked its breakfast room with cold fried eggs probably done 20 min before you consume them, scarce fruit and on top a $25 pp bill! Restaurant has to be improved definitely.

Cons:

Friendly professional staff, súper clean modern facilites completely remodeled. Excellent location.
