Excellent stay & service
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights while traveling and loved every minute! The staff all go above and beyond and assist with any taxi service booking, or restaurant reservations. The breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable and offer many different options to meet your needs. The decoration is beautiful and artful. There are always treats laid out in the lobby area for guests. Located close to city center, we would highly recommend, and look forward to a future visit!

Funcionários mal educados, inexperientes e rudes! Jamais voltarei.

Gostei da área pois era acessível a tudo uma vez que está no centro.

Cons:

Fui direcionada a um quarto que não correspondia ao que paguei na booking. Funcionárias extremamente mal educadas. Tem uma moça chamada Lara, assim como ela disse que se chamava, e outras 3 raparigas que me ridicularizaram em frente a um cliente que estava a incentivar a minimização da questão do quarto. O cliente simplesmente fez um gesto infantil, atrás de mim, da qual as recepcionistas deram atenção e literalmente riram-se da situação, alto e sem absoluto respeito por mim como cliente. Literalmente eu estava em frente a elas e assim o fizeram. Só para acrescentar que eu estava com a minha filha. Foi um horror!
Queriam-me compensar com €90 apenas sobre os €527 que paguei.
Rapazes funcionários também inexperientes e rudes.

Conheci simplesmente um rapaz, da qual não me recordo o nome mas extremamente querido, respeitoso e foi graças a ele que saí do hotel com uma memória positiva.
Ele faz parte do bar e é de nacionalidades holandesa/suriname.
Foi a única pessoa cordial e simpática neste lugar.
Este hotel é classificado como o melhor mas chegando lá a realidade é completamente outra. Passeei pela cidade e visitei outros hotéis que são, sem dúvida, muito melhores e mais baratos.
Esta gente vende o que não é real e chegando lá deparamo-nos com a realidade.

Charming Hotel
Pros:

A charming canal side hotel. Lovely decor and tasty breakfast. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. We would return if we visit Amsterdam again.

Einzigartiges Hotel mit wunderschöner Deko

Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und toll ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten mit viel Stil

Cons:

Unangekündigte Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus und etwas langwierige schwierige unkoordinierte Problembehebung, die auch das Personal merklich an ihre Grenzen brachte

A charming hotel
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely charming and lives up to all whimsical pictures! It’s so refreshing to go someone where that is not just boring, minimalist grey. The location is also excellent, near the 9 streets area, lots of lovely bars, cafes and shops to explore from your doorstop. All the staff are really lovely and welcoming, there’s even a complimentary snack and coffee station with is a lovely touch. The only real drawback is the size of the rooms, although beautifully decorated and with the view of the canal, our room was very small, especially. If we had had more luggage I think we would have struggled!

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

Estherea is a fantastic hotel—very luxurious with a unique, quirky style. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated the daily water, juice, and sweet treats available in reception, which was a lovely touch.
The hotel is centrally located, making it perfect for sightseeing. The only minor downside was the limited wardrobe space. However, as we were only staying for four nights rather than a longer holiday, it was manageable.
We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Pros:

The hotel is an a great location, has great amenities and is very comfortable. This was my second stay and I brough other family members and they all loved it. One + is the elevator, not available in a lot of hotels in this part of the City. Would stay again :)
