We have been at Estherea in July 2021. The experience was perfect.
We booked directly with the hotel in august 2026 instead of a platform like TripAdvisor or Booking.com. The hotel ruined our resevation of the last room available.
Prefer booking with TripAdvisor. The hotel seems poor at taking reservations themselves.
Location was ideal and hotel is beautiful.

Fabulous hotel. Very comfortable and well designed rooms which feel much roomier than their stated size. Breakfasts here are excellent, you want for nothing. The waiting/sitting areas of this hotel are brilliant, beautiful and super comfortable, with quality furniture . Location is hard to beat, 1o mins from ….well, everything you want to see here. Staff are all beautiful people , very courteous, happy chatty and make you feel like they are glad you’re staying here.
And beds…… excellent, slept well every night.

Our room faced a busy street with cafes and bars. Noise was a problem at night and with delivery vans and dustbins from 0600hrs.

Location, estaba limpio y bonito.
Estaba bien pero cuando llegamos quisieron darnos una habitación diferente a la que reservamos. No es de muy buen gusto pagar por una habitación que ves en fotos y luego allá es totalmente diferente. Luego gracias a que nos quejamos nos dieron la habitación correcta.
El personal es muy amable y resuelve rápidamente los requerimientos de los huéspedes. La ubicación es buena sin ser espectacular porque queda un poco alejada de la zona interesante de las tiendas, museos y restaurantes. La decoración del hotel es muy particular.
El tamaño de la habitación y especialmente del baño. No soy una persona alta (1.75 mts) y casi tocaba el techo del baño en cuando entraba a la ducha (lo cual hacía muy difícil bañarme) y en general muy angosta para moverse con comodidad. El techo de la habitación sonaba y hasta vibraban las lámparas cuando el huésped de la habitación de arriba caminaba. Finalmente, no lo recomendaría para un viaje en familia por el olor constante a marihuana que hay por los alrededores y que se filtra a veces hasta los mismos pasillos del hotel (hay varios coffee shops cerca, uno exactamente al lado del comedor por la calle posterior).
