Window to a Venetian Experience
Pros:

The property is in a great location with proximity to restaurants and the Rialto Bridge. It has a great view of the canal with windows that open to the grand canal. What an incredible view to the sights and sounds of the Venetian life! The gentleman that is there overnight into the morning is wonderful and made sure we had our breakfast and coffee ready in the morning; with our table by the window. The staff were also informative and provided help in making decisions about restaurants and transfers to airport.

Cons:

It was difficult to find and I assume the sign to the location is small on purpose. We actually walked in twice and weren't sure we were in the correct place. Maybe there needs to be a more informative sign at the bottom of the stairs stating the name of the property. There is no elevator, so you need to walk up 3 flights of stairs. We didn't mind this because it became part of our daily exercise routine.

Nothing that was not advertised, lots of stairs but they were open and honest about that prior to us booking. Plus it’s Italy, everyplace had a lot of stairs
