Great location and lovely italianate room. Good breakfast also!
Pros:

Great location close to both the grand canal water stop as well as the station.

Cons:

The stairs!! But ask for room 11 if you can as you avoid the stairs

Super bien situé car à 1mn à pied du pont du Rialto

Cons:

Il faut monter près de l'équivalent de 3 étages pour arriver à l'accueil de l'hôtel (pas d'ascenseur).

Authentic feel to the hotel, lovely location right next to the Rialto bridge with plenty of dinner options, easy to get to and from the airport

Cons:

As the building is older there isn't a lift, so would be difficult taking a heavy suitcase up but we didn't have an issue

Great location but way too many stairs with luggage
Pros:

the breakfast was very good and the room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The location cannot be beat.

Cons:

It was 90 steps to our room, with luggage after a flight and after walking through Venice and over Rialto Bridge with steps and cobblestone streets, it was a lot. If you have any mobility issues or problems with your knees, maybe pick something else.

Posizione fantastica per spostarsi a piedi o in battello; colazione molto varia e abbondante e personale molto gentile e cordiale

Purtroppo le scale sono davvero molto ripide, ma è un palazzo d'epoca e non si può migliorare nulla

La habitación muy cómoda, la cama y almohadas estupendas. Y el desayuno excepcional.

Cons:

La única pega que le pondría es que era un tercero sin ascensor y después de todo el día de recorrer la ciudad se hacían muy duras las escaleras.

Znakomita lokalizacja, przy samiuśkim Rialto. Obsługa - top. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, jak się uda to przy oknie z widokiem na Canale Grande i wszystkie robotnicze łódki. Historyczny wystrój dodaje mega uroku. Tak jak w opisie wiele razy zaznaczone - wysokie trzecie piętro bez windy!

Das Ambiente des Hotels,die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Lage!Es ist so toll wie es in booking.com beschrieben ist😁

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln,einfach ein toller Aufenthalt!Einziger Nachteil fürs Hotel 69 Stufen mit Koffer rauf bis zur Rezeption,eventuell nochmals 18 Stufen bis Zimmer 9!Dafür die Belihnung,tolles Zimmer🤩🤩Eine Herausforderung für junge Leute und Junggebliebene😜
