Cons:

Posizione comoda vicino alla metro, prezzo medio per una sola notte. Su queste basi, ci aspettavamo pulizia accettabile e impianti funzionanti. Non lusso, semplicemente funzionalità.

La stanza sembrava pulita a prima vista, ma ci sbagliavamo. Le lenzuola di qualità bassissima (sembravano di plastica), asciugamani macchiati e duri al tatto, balcone sporchissimo, muri sottilissimi che lasciavano sentire continui rumori molesti dalle stanze accanto e dal corridoio. Serratura della porta che non funzionava bene, ogni volta per entrare in camera era un’odissea. Bagno minuscolo con doccetta difettosa che allaga il pavimento non appena azionata, e luce che si spegne all’improvviso (praticamente ho fatto la doccia al buio). Nessuna aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore insufficiente per il caldo.

Quando abbiamo segnalato l’allagamento, lo staff ci ha guardato scazzato e si è limitato a dire che sarebbe salito a pulire, come se fosse stata colpa nostra.

Di certo l’hotel in questione non ha obblighi di lusso, ma ha l’obbligo di non essere sporco, di avere impianti funzionanti e staff che sa fare il suo lavoro. Qui mancano tutte e tre le cose. Non lo consiglio.

Awful, horrible, never ever go there

Cons:

We arrived at the accommodation despite the dozens of bad reviews this place gets we thought we may give a chance to it due to its good location . Well, it’s even worse than I imagined and expected. The full place is full of ants, we saw bedbugs, it’s literally as hot as a furnace, everything is full of stains and hair and it’s disgusting. There’s even boogers on the wall.
The worst part is that after we immediately left the place the host didn’t even care to even apologize, or offer anything, we’ll never get our money back. It’s the worst place in Milano.

Pros:

Расположение очень удобное - метро в 50 метрах . Тихий район. Есть лифт.

Cons:

Консьерж был очень недружелюбный. В номере нет не то что чая и кофе, а даже чайника и холодильника. За стаканом кипятка приходилось ходить к консьержу, чему он был очень недоволен.
