יחסית למלונות אחרים באותו אזור, המחיר די גבוה.
מאחר ומדובר במספר בניינים שחוברו יחד, ההגעה לחדר מעט מסורבלת. לנו זה לא הפריע, אבל למבוגרים יותר זה יכול להיות מאתגר.

The location is excellent; most everything walkable. The staff are amazing; friendly, exceptionally helpful, full of local knowledge. The facilities are elegantly decorated and comfortable.

Couldn’t ask for a better location; everything of note is walkable. Breakfast was very good. Exceptional staff. Very clean. Beautiful library with private book collection. Original art throughout. Even offered free tickets to Anne Frank tour.

Pros:

Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff. Really tasteful interiors, especially the bar area and the restaurants. Breakfast was phenomenal, especially when you can grab one of the windows seats on the canals!

Cons:

Little bit pricier than expected based on similar hotels, had to typically ask the front desk for a bartender for the bar as it was often empty, but honestly it's hard to pick faults with this place.
