El servicio del personal y las visitas al canal

Cons:

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador es muy ruidoso. El hotel en general es muy estrecho y de difícil acceso para personas mayores.

Pros:

I arrived at the hotel before my room was ready. They kindly stored my luggage and gave me great suggestions on what to do until check-in. The hotel is in a fantastic location, extremely clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

There isn't really anything negative to say. The only minor detail is that you need to take two elevators to reach some of the rooms, which I found a bit confusing at first.

Sin ventanas !!!

Cons:

No se podían cerrar las ventanas, el personal del hotel le puso “ unos paños arrollados “, para según ellos: “ sellar el hueco “ que había con la ventana alta. Entonces, todo el ruido de la calle se percibía claramente, en la noche, un carro con música estruendosa y a alto volumen se estacionó junto a la ventana y no pudimos dormir. Esto es desastroso para un hotel que cobra novecientos dólares la noche.

Además, la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado central, o de pared. Entonces, improvisaron uno de puso que tiene un conducto de salida hacia la calle por el espacio de la ventana que no se puede cerrar. Desastroso, parece un hotel de media estrella, quedó debiendo.

Muy mal.

Brilliant stay, we will definitely rebook if we return to Amsterdam
Pros:

Beautiful property, loads of character.
Amsterdam was experiencing a heatwave and the staff were very accommodating with extra fans
Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options
Staff were very attentive

The residents bar closed quite early for the weekend
