Jag bokade två rum, ett dubbelrum för två personer och ett rum för tre personer till mina vänner, till ett pris om 305 euro per natt. Tyvärr blev vår upplevelse mycket negativ.
Rummet som bokades för tre personer motsvarade inte den beskrivning som angavs vid bokningstillfället. Dessutom var rummet beläget i källarplan, vilket inte framgick av rumsbeskrivningen eller annan information inför bokningen.
Vid ankomsten upptäckte vi en insekt i rummet som såg ut att vara en kackerlacka. Det fanns dessutom en stark och obehaglig lukt av fukt och mögel. Trots att vi påtalade problemet för receptionen erbjöds vi varken ett annat rum eller något rimligt alternativ. Mina vänner hade därför inget annat val än att lämna hotellet sent på kvällen och i all hast söka boende på annat håll.
Det som gjorde oss än mer besvikna var ledningens bemötande. Trots vårt klagomål och videobevis avfärdade chefen våra synpunkter, hävdade bestämt att insekten var en syrsa snarare än en kackerlacka, och föreslog att vi skulle söka på Google för att lära oss skillnaden.
Vår begäran om återbetalning avslogs; istället erbjöds vi 20 % rabatt på en framtida vistelse. Med tanke på vad vi varit med om kändes detta helt olämpligt.
Vi förväntade oss ingen lyx, bara grundläggande renlighet, ett bekvämt boende och ett respektfullt bemötande.
En mycket nedslående upplevelse, både vad gäller hygien och kundservice. Vi kan inte rekommendera detta hotell.

I would stay again and ask for better pillows

Super hotel
Pros:

Personeel was geweldig, zeker de balie mensen, super ! Gelijk helpen als we iets hadden,meedenken. Het is daar een warm bad.

Cons:

Kan het personeel niks aan doen maar het pand is erg gehorig, met oordoppen slapen is aanbevolen. Er liep iemand minden in de nacht met blokhakken over een houten vloer.

Estava faltando o controle remoto do ar condicionado. Solicitamos na portaria… ninguém sabia informar. Veio funcionário, olhou e não deu solução, chegou a dizer que não tinha. Depois veio o gerente, arrastou móvel e “ encontrou” o tal controle.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The breakfast staff and morning receptionist were friendly. They let us check in early

Very thin walls. When neighbors were going into their room, it sounded like someone was breaking into our room. What we believed to be the cleaning staff was VERY noisy during their break in the courtyard. When people are trying to acclimate to a different time zone, they may want to sleep at 8am, or 10am. It would be impossible. Rooms are very small. Water temp keep changing.
