Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Außergewöhnlich tolles Frühstück!

Pros:

Ubicación, desayuno y personal. En recepción tuvimos ocasión de aclarar diversas dudas, en español, con una persona encantadora, que nos atendió excelente. Muchas gracias!

Cons:

El ascensor del apartamento tarda mucho en hacer el trayecto, pero no nos limita en absoluto el volver a alojarnos en el mismo apartamento ático del Vivit.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Bustickets nach Venedig können direkt im Hotel gekauft werden. Lage ist super man kann Abends fußläufig gut Essen gehen oder einfach noch gemütlich in einem der vielen Lokale etwas trinken. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Pros:

Praktisch für eine Übernachtung bei später Ankunft in Venedig

Cons:

Das Zimmer über Booking lag direkt unter dem Dach, es war sehr klein und das Bad hatte eine starke Dachschräge, so dass man nur an der Dusche/Waschbecken aufrecht stehen konnte. Generell sind die Zimmer aber sehr gut.

Compact, comfortable room in a great location
Pros:

Centrally located in a lovely Plaza. Room & bathroom clean and although small was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and though cramped for moving around the self service buffet

Cons:

Small room with a window & shutters but no outlook whatsoever. Didn’t matter to us as only overnight stay however would be looking for a better sized and located room for a longer stay.

Posizione strategica in piazza a mestre a due passi da locali, negozi e fermata dei mezzi pubblici....personale cordiale e stanze perfette!!

Cons:

Aria condizionata difficile da regolare nella stanza familiare...ma niente di irrisolvibile.
