Great Hotel
Pros:

Great location, nice and clean, staff very friendly and breakfast and meals were really nice. Our room wasn't ready aa we got in too early so they upgraded us to the family suite which was huge. The rooms are a little dated but still quite pleasant. Definitely recommend this hotel, we will be back.

Cons:

Noise from the street when trying to sleep, but earplugs solved that.

It worth staying in
Pros:

Walking distance of 3-4 minutes from the main train station Amsterdam Centraal with an easy access to everything.
Our room was specious with comfy bed and a huge bathroom.
The breakfast was good enough for 2 nights though i was on Keto diet

Cons:

Furniture is bit outdated but it is was not a problem, and the lift is bit slow.

Pros:

Rebuking was good. Carlo was fantastic guiding and praising touristic options. We would go back. Thanks

Cons:

First night we were allocated in next building with stairs not suitable for for young children and very reduced space. Carlo managed to accommodate us in main building room later which was appreciated

Great location, infrastructure needs upgrade

The location was ideal if you need to be close to the central station. The personnel was kind and polite.

Cons:

Furniture is very old in the room, In the bathroom you need to stand in the shower to use the mini-basin.

Great location, perfect for a few nights...
Pros:

It's in a really convenient location right next tot he train station and easy access to downtown. Very busy area, but not too crazy around the hotel. The bar at the hotel is a great place to sit for a beer and the restaurant was good. Perfect for 2-3 days in Amsterdam. Steep stairs as to be expected in Amsterdam.
