Speravo che, il rapporto qualità prezzo fosse migliore, ma,visto che ad Amsterdam i prezzi sono (per noi italiani) un po' alti dovrebbe almeno migliore la qualità nelle stanze.
Tutto sommato è stato un buon soggiorno.

Pros:

Very central to the main tourist area.

Cons:

The pillows need an urgent update. They were old and past their use by as the filling inside was balled up. Made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Dark room & small shower area
Pros:

All the friendly hotel staff,especially very kind reception staff Chris who went out of his way to post my package to Belgium. The breakfast staff as well. Great and wonderful reception area as it used to be a theater. Good location!

Cons:

Dark room, no amenities like toothpaste & brush. Perhaps a shower curtain to contain overflowing water in small shower area? Limited instructions on hotel room & air-conditioning. A bit disappointed with the room after welcoming ground floor.

Great location
Pros:

Perfect location in dam square. Nice big lobby to chill out with coffee. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good shower. Friendly staff. Would recommend.
