- If your group booking comes with a refundable / standard condition the following cancelation policy will apply: once the group reservation is guaranteed, cancelation without charge is possible until 14 days before the day of arrival. Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0.00 a.m. local time. In case of No Show or late cancelation, the pre-payment is nonrefundable.
- Payment is due as follows: by charge of credit card or a pre-payment by bank of the total costs for all rooms, including breakfast, V.A.T. and city tax. The pre-payment should be received by the property 14 days before the arrival date at the latest.

Wonderful location, short walk from the train station and central area but, on a quiet street.

They were really accommodating with the bags and check us in early as there was availability then
There was no AC but that’s because of the old building they had a tiny fan which was ok

They had coffee free all day in the lounge area downstairs and their breakfast was decent and priced ok
Since the room had no fridge, we had things that needed a fridge and they were very nice to take it and keep it safe till we leave
No AC , which was hard on the hot days and the room was small but that’s very common during to the narrow buildings

Que la gente que limpia está todo el tiempo obstruyendo palieres y ascensor con bolsas de ropa sucia .
Muchas veces abríamos el ascensor y venían las bolsas. Opino que deben ser más prolijos en ese aspecto.

Excellent location 10 mins from main station and 5 mins from tram stop. Room and bed comfy and ideal for a short stay. Room very small but adequate, clean. Communal areas very nice with a relaxed and calm atmosphere.
Location very convenient for station, town centre and overlooked Singel canal.
Room was very small but adequate for a 4 night stay. No air con just a fan so glad it wasn't hot weather.
