Staff was excellent. Hotel was nice and clean and location was near everything.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days before our cruise and 1 day when we returned. The bathroom on the first stay was large with a big shower. On the return, it was tiny. Small shower and when at the sink, you kept hitting the wall and shower when trying to get ready.

On the whole good value for money. Clean and tidy.
Pros:

Room comfortable and roomy.Tea making facilities available. Good sized TV. Well maintained and clean.

Cons:

Bar not staffed and did not appear to be available throughout stay. Availability of bar was what attracted us to choose this hotel.
