Location, location.
Pros:

Location was great. The room was clean, bed and shower ok.

Cons:

Very small room, ok for 3 nights but wouldn't want to stay longer.

Excellent location is the heart of Dam Square for exploring all of Amsterdam.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the location of this hotel is excellent for exploring all aspects of Amsterdam.

Cons:

The rooms are a little small if you have a lot of luggage and the decor is a bit tired but the value and location and the beds make up for the lack.

Un hôtel bien situé dans le cœur d Amsterdam
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ville tout se fait à pied la beauté de la façade la gentillesse des hôtesses d accueil l’espace dans la chambre très bien insonorisée donnant sur une cour donc pas de bruit

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré pas d œufs au plat ou omelettes c’est dommage

Rude staff, Train them up to accomondate everyone.
Pros:

The location was amazing, had everything we needed on the door step.

Cons:

The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. Not much room to move around so felt a bit squished at times. An old female member of staff tried to usher my partner out the door. As she thought he was a tramp. Disgusting behaviour. I questioned the female staff members on the desk and requested an apology. The younger female of staff did eventually apologise even though it wasn’t her fault.

Gece resepsiyon personelini ve odadaki banyolardaki arızalı musluk başlıkları kapı kolları vardı ve imajı biraz sarsıyordu ..
