comfort accommodation with a perfect location, close to key tourist points
Pros:

Very, very helpful personel - much above any standard. Location perfect for visiting the city. Bathroom modern, shinning clean with rituals cosmetics; room spacious with nice, modern design. Park in from of the hole was a a nice buffer from the city crowds. I was very happy with my stay.

It was a pleasure meeting Pascal at the Nova Hotel. He is very courteous and helpful. He is glad to answer any questions you have about your stay in Amsterdam! He is very knowledgeable and can easily help you decide how to spend your time in Amsterdam to maximize your enjoyment! He will quickly address any concerns you may have with your room or the hotel! The room was very comfortable and was well equipped with everything I needed! I had a very quiet room as there was no street noise. The location in the city center is ideal to explore the key highlights of the city! Being so close to Dam Square, the Royal Palace, the Kalverstraat shopping street, the Anne Frank House, and the canal belt is a major advantage! The breakfast was amazing - so many healthy and tasty choices!

Camera confortevole x 3 persone, staff gentilissimo, pulizia,distanza dal centro,tranquillità , mezzi davanti l'hotel, se vuoi puoi vedere tutto a piedi

Quando mi avvicinavo allo scarico del lavandino si sentiva cattivo odore. Il prezzo un po alto ma siamo ad Amsterdam

Localisation parfaite pour découvrir la ville. Comme nous avons atterrit le matin sur un vol de nuit, nous avons beaucoup apprécié que la chambre soit disponible tôt. Nous avions une très belle chambre sur cour arrière. Parfait pour une belle et longue nuit pour combattre le décalage horaire. Petit déjeuner est parfait!

I enjoyed the stay but
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the shopping area. The room was very good, bathroom was cleaner than expected. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

The location of the room: It was on the 4th floor. As soon as we came out of the lift, we had to drag our bags down 3 steps, then drag some more & climb 4 steps, then again drag the bag & climb again & then 2 steps down. It was a maze & a fire hazard. The passage was narrow & the stairs were carpeted. So, dragging our bags was an ordeal. I hated this about the hotel.
