Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa. Tem metrô na porta. O quarto era espaçoso, mas não tem ar-condicionado, tinham três ventiladores que não davam conta do calor. Instalações são limpas e tudo funcionando muito bem.

Cons:

Tem elevador, mas para você chegar no quarto você passa por um labirinto de corredores e portas e há escadas. Idosos e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, não conseguem, especialmente com malas. Como estávamos com muitas malas, não foi fácil.

Pros:

Great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to see the whole 4 days. Room was larger than expected and exactly what we wanted. It had a stunning double door window that we opened up every morning looking over the city, this definitely made our room amazing! Staff were amazing, I was having trouble with my phone being overseas and I was locked out of it and very distressed as I’d tried to call apple but it was obviously all in Dutch. The lady at the front desk rang them herself with no hesitation and was extremely helpful. I will always be grateful for that! We would definitely stay again

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything were absolutely wonderful! The room was much more spacious and big than we expected. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Dam Square and the main shopping street. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
I would especially like to mention farah from the reception team. She was absolutely amazing and so kind. She was always happy to help us with anything we needed and was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend staying here!

Eu esqueci uma bermuda no quarto no check-out, apesar de avisar no mesmo dia porque estaria retornando a amsterdam em 3 dias nao localizaram.

Great location and room!
Pros:

We were very happy with our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the room had decent space for 4 of us, and the location was excellent. The water filling and coffee station were great, as well.

Cons:

The elevator was a bit tricky as were the stairs.

Centrally located clean, modern hotel near Dom
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of the central station, and almost all major attractions. There is very convenient tram stop within 100 ft and an albert heijin supermarket (great baked products for quick breakfast including savory snacks; helpful staff). Tbh, on the first impression, the area felt a bit "rough", especially for our multigen group. One photo on the site of the hotel from across the park gives a much different impression than the reality. Anyway, we were out until late every night and did not feel unsafe walking around the hotel.

The rooms are on the small side, but clean and quiet. The beds, pillows, linen comfortable. The bathrooms are modernish. Helpful staff - we arrived very early in the day. They allowed us to freshen up and store our luggage. While we were there, a room became available and we were allowed to checkin into one room early, which was great. There is a breakfast area, but we didn't have breakfast there. There is also a coffee machine drinking chilled water dispenser, and a vending machine in the lobby with sofas and chairs. There is an elevator. There is no A/C. Although we missed the peak heatwave, it was a tough task to cool down the rooms.

Cons:

For the size of the room, the lack of A/C and the hotel atrea/setting, the rooms are abit expensive.
