Pros:

Die Lage war gut und die Anbindung mit der Tram gut.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, die Beleuchtung diffus, das Badezimmer eine Minizelle, wobei das Waschbecken in dem Duschbereich platziert war und direkt daneben die Toilette. Nicht schön! LP

Phenomenal, cozy hotel that offers everything you could wish for.
Pros:

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Amsterdam.
This hotel not only convinces through fair pricing but also through the convenient location, a phenomenal reception area (with free tea & coffee) and spacious, clean rooms.
I'd also like to highlight Nina, the receptionist. I've never been to a hotel with such a bright and understanding receptionist. Exploring the city quickly became a second priority, considering the great conversations I had with her.
I will definitely book this hotel for all my future Amsterdam travels.

Cons:

The stairway going to the lower floors is quite steep so take care when you bring heavy luggage.

Not going to stay here again.
Pros:

Staff is lovely. Location is very convenient and quiet. Bed was fine. Reception was cosy and breakfast pretty generous and reasonable in price. Good coffee!

Cons:

This place needs serious paint job, lighting fixtures over bed are falling apart and that’s an easy fix but makes a horrible impression!!! Hangers in closet niche are garbage and hooks are coming off walls. There was not one hook in bathroom to hang their trashy towels on. At least there was an endless supply of them. This hotel not worth half the price we paid for it!

Os funcionarios muito ma qualificados sem educação. Eu tinha extentido 2 dias a mais e tiveram um erro de comunicação e vieram 1 dias antes para pedir para eu sair sendo que tinha pago 2 diárias a mais. Ele veio com muita gala

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Teppich sollte ausgetauscht werden und der Staubsauger benutzt werden.

Satisfeita. O hotel entregou o que estava descrito, nenhuma surpresa negativa.
Pros:

Quarto amplo, café da manhã bom com preço justo, apesar de não ficar no centro nem próximo da estação de trem, o bonde passava na porta. Boa localização para ir nos Museus a pé.

Cons:

Eu não gostei de subir 2 lances de escada com mala, mas não foi surpresa para mim. Eu já sabia que era assim, e aceitei, então não tenho do que reclamar.

Pros:

Friendly staff who were happy to help when asked.
Rooms were small which was fine for us, as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Bed was comfortable.
A Cosy reception / breakfast area.

Cons:

Had to request housekeeping and fresh towels when we wanted. The room was stuffy, so we requested a fan which helped. Ceiling fan would be better.
This property has steep staircase and no lift which would not suit some people.

overall it wasn’t as bad as i feared it might be based on the previous reviews, but it didn’t blow my mind either.
Pros:

the location was great, just 10 min from the centre by tram, cool cafes and shops nearby. we had a view into the courtyard so the traffic wasn’t noisy.

Cons:

the bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell. the bathroom floods very easily. one of the lights wasn’t working.
