Friendly helpful staff, a comfortable room and a great location
Pros:

A nice friendly welcome as soon as I arrived. The single room was small but as expected and the bed was really comfortable. I particularly liked the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, also plenty of electric and USB charging points. I opted for breakfast at the hotel as it was raining too hard to go out to find a cafe - it was actually better than I'd expected, plenty of variety and a nice comfortable place to sit. Also the coffee machine is available for guests to use all day.

Chambre fonctionnelle, cosy, au calme ce qui était très appréciable (fenêtre ouverte sur "cour intérieure", pas de bruit de circulation), literie confort, propreté, machine à café est un +, salle de bain exigue mais fonctionnelle. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Impossible de faire fonctionner la télé, soit tout était réellement payant et c'est embêtant, soit il y avait une manipulation simple à réaliser pour avoir les chaînes classiques que je n'ai pas su faire - sûrement la 2ème hypothèse, pas bien grave ;-)

Le meilleur hôtel de Paris
Pros:

Le personnel est clairement incroyable, un grand merci à Messaoud qui est une personne exceptionnelle
Il nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli, quelqu’un de très poli, serviable et à l’écoute !
L’hôtel est super bien placé et très flexible nous avions besoin de la chambre un petit peu plus tôt et ils ont fait le nécessaire pour qu’elle soit prête à temps.
L’hôtel dispose d’une bagagerie et même le jour de notre départ ils ont gardés nos bagages toute la journée
Ayant fait + de 20 hôtels dans Paris celui là est clairement mon préféré !
