Pros:

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near one of the city's main train stations. The breakfast was satisfying.

Cons:

A/C was not working for two days. It couldn't be fixed due to the national holiday in France at that time.

Bravo to the staff at Austin’s St.Lazare Hotel! They were great!
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! Led by Sam, every one of the staff was personable, interested in making our stay pleasant, and efficient. The cleaning staff. The ladies providing breakfast were wonderful—wide variety of foods to choose from and all were delicious.

Cons:

The air conditioning went out in the middle of a heat wave. The staff couldn’t get our rooms cooled—but they got us moved asap.

Für einen Städtetrip in Paris ausgezeichnet!
Pros:

Wir sind zu zweit für drei Nächte in dem Hotel gewesen. Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Saint Lazare und eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, hat aber alles, was benötigt wird. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und rundum die Uhr besetzt. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen und kann es empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Dusche war klein, sonst top.

Πού με το που πήγαμε, μας έβαλαν σε άλλο δωμάτιο πολύ μικρό, γιατί αυτό που είχαν προγραμματισμένο για εμάς είχε χαλάσει το αιρκοντίσιον και τελικά και το νέο δωμάτιο, είχε πρόβλημα με το αιρκοντίσιον, που σταματούσε ξαφνικά μόνο του.
Το κρεβάτι για διπλό ήταν μικρό.
Ο καθαριστής ήταν στο δωμάτιο και καθάριζε, στις 1630, την ώρα που γυρίσαμε από την πρωινή βόλτα και είμασταν κουρασμένοι .

Super week end prolonge et ensoleille avec un spectacle a Mogador grandiose

The location. Overall equipped room, even if very small (normal for such hotels). Breakfast was exceptionally nice. Rooms are properly sound proffed for street noise.

Cons:

I stayed 1 night, arriving very late at night and leaving mid-day the next day. I could feel that the AC is not working well on arrival, but just needed sleep. The next day the temperature in the room became uncomfortable, as Paris was experiencing a heatwave. On checkout I mentioned it to the receptionist and he said that the hotel had problems with the AC systems and profoundly apologized. Now. I am from the USA. In such cases on the USA, the hotel would announce the problem before or during arrival and would give the guests the choice to stay or find another accommodation (although the room was prepaid). If a guest would choose to stay, any hotel would refund (at least partially) the room cost. That would be the correct action, rather then profound apology.

Tolle Lage, Preisleistung stimmt. Für Hotelgäste gibt es eine Ermäßigung in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe.

De locatie en de parkeermogelijkheid

Cons:

De ruimte om te ontbijten is veel en veel te klein. Je zit op elkaar. We zijn boven bij de receptie onze koffie gaan drinken. Als de yoghurt op is op dag 1 wordt het niet bijgevuld voor dag 2.
Om 15 uur was onze kamer nog niet opgeruimd en het bed niet opgemaakt. De handdoeken waren al wel weggehaald.
De receptionist zei geen sorry of iets dergelijks maar legde terug dat de schoonmaker tot 16 uur de tijd had om schoon te maken.

14 Frühstücksplätze f.Hotel extrem wenig-dadurch wahnsinnig eng.Trotz Anbot bei Überfüllung bei Rezeption zu warten und bei Freiwerden verständigt zu werden, habe ich es nicht komfortabel empfunden. Sitzplätze sehr eng,man stoßt an (ich bin 186 cm) ; Radparkmöglichkeit wurde recht umständlich und beim 2.mal endgültig geklärt.
