Zimmer neu renoviert, schön ausgestattet. Ruhig und sauber. Zentrale Lage. Gute Anschlüsse ans Metro-Netz. Sichere Gegend. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Viele Restaurant. Zentral gelegen im Zentrum von Paris. Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenig Stauraum für die Kleider (war nur ein Weekend!).

Був брудний унітаз при заселені. Коли я попросила щось з цим зробити, мені дали ганчірку та антисептик. Після відмови брати в руки стару ганчірку, адмін прибрав сам, але не ретельно. Взагалі, було б краще, щоб нам дали іншу кімнату, тому що ця порушувала санітарні норми

Great centrally located hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location, close to metros, restaurants and shops. Within 20 mins of all the monuments/ attractions.
Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

AC could have been cooler in the exceptional heat we had this week, however was comfortable enough to sleep.

Worst hotel experience of my life

Cons:

I cannot stress this enough do not stay here. Some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

We arrived into Paris at 9.30pm they called to say they had a technical issue with the room and they had to move us to a different hotel. They lied told us it was near by and even tried to say it was an upgrade.

In fact they had moved us to a property over half an hour from where we needed to be, undergoing renovation works that was smelling of paint fumes and had no air conditioning so completely unsafe especially during the heatwave.

It was then 11pm and we had to run around Paris looking for alternative accommodation.

What is even worse is they of course promised us a refund for the terrible state of affairs but then revoked that later on to say we were no longer eligible.

Excellent location but need upgrade.
Pros:

The location is perfect! All attractions are walkable distance

Cons:

The hotel room wasn't very clean. The toilet has hair left in the bath tub. Also, there is no place to hang our clothes or towels in the bathroom. They can better utilise their space in the room. The lift is so tiny.
