Regret prepaying. Would have walked right out to another hotel.
Pros:

The photos from the emails from the hotel are of a room that does not exist in this hotel. The person at reception confirmed this. The room we are in is very very worn. We have a terrace but the room is so small you cannot open the door to get out on it because it hits the bed. You must climb over the bed and climb through the partially open door. The bathroom is very small. You have to step outside of the bathroom to dry off, but you only have about a foot between the bathroom door and the bed. There is not a single hook or place to hang your towels. Not enough room for two suitcases. All off the paint is well worn off the light fixtures/ switches and cabinetry. Again, the photos from the hotel do not match the room you are booking- they do not even exist in the hotel. The location is good.

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean and we loved having a small balcony. The breakfast buffet was very nice - everything from baguettes and croissants to eggs and bacon. Several juice and coffee options, and the hostess, Chafia, was LOVELY, and she even made homemade chocolate chip and vanilla cake/bread for the buffet.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Unbeatable in fact, just 15 mins from Gare du Nord trip to St. Michel station beside hotel & smack bang in front of Notre Dame. Rooms are "compact" but nicely decorated (as always thr photos on the website are a bit flattering. Service friendly and efficient. We didnt have breakfast here but the price seems reasonable compared to cafés outside. Our family room had a small terrace facing in to the courtyard. It was just right for having our august siesta and hanging out at night watching TV before bed. We will definitley return

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Es un hotel excelente, siempre volvemos a hospedarnos aquí. Todo nos gusta, la ubicación, la decoración, y especialmente la atención de Monica, magnífica ayudándonos para alojarnos con las mayores comodidades

Cons:

Un punto en contra es la mala atención del personal nocturno, lo cual no ha empañado nuestra maravillosa experiencia.
