Pros:

Location is great. There is a metro a couple blocks away but we easily walked to many sites. The decor is lovely and we felt very much at home in the main rooms. There is a cooked egg option with breakfast as well as a buffet. The staff were very helpful, especially finding us a restaurant given my dietary restrictions.

Cons:

A tea/coffee station at breakfast would be a great addition. Asking for refills seemed to slow everything down on the busy mornings. If guests could self-serve that aspect, it would be helpful.

Lovely hotel with Great staff
Pros:

Great location, the staff were very helpful and spoke Good English. the room was comfortable and clean the heated towel rack was great for drying cloths. Sparkling water provided in the room was also appreciated and a nice touch.

Cons:

I think the breakfast could have been better maybe offering poached eggs instead of just omletes, scambled or fied would be good.
