Great staff and location but would not recommend staying here

Staff were great — all extremely friendly.

Cons:

My room was dirty and there were so many bugs. Honestly was such a disappointment and let down. Travelled from Australia and was way too exhausted for such an experience. The bed sheets were unclean and I alerted staff immediately, they were very apologetic and changed them but in general the room did not feel clean even after the sheets were changed. I would not recommend this stay.

Good value for money.
Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff, exceptionally clean, and tastefully decorated.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as the selection is quite limited. That said, the food that is available is fresh and of good quality.

We stayed here during two different periods and in two different room categories. The Deluxe room is definitely worth the upgrade, offering a much more comfortable experience. If possible, I would also recommend avoiding the ground-floor rooms.

Pros:

Location, view from windows. Comforter. Hot towels on arrival. Kept my luggage

Cons:

No direct phone to front desk. A bit spends and pricey for the size- but I’d return
