Amszterdami éjszakánk.
Pros:

Annak ellenére, hogy pici kis szoba állt a rendelkezésünkre nagyon tiszta volt. Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy. A személyzet is rendkívül kedves volt. Mindenkinek tudom ajánlani.

Fazit: Das Hotel ist ideal für Party-Touristen, nichts für Sightseeing-Gäste oder Geschäftsreisende
Pros:

Zimmer: Wie beschrieben und sauber. Personal vor Ort: Freundlich und normal für Hotel

Cons:

Nächtlicher Lärm durch „Cafe“ / Bar mit Außengastronomie; kaum Schalldämmung; fehlende Transparenz.

Das Hotel betreibt eine Bar direkt vor dem Zimmergebäude mit Außenplätzen, täglich von 15:00–4:00 Uhr geöffnet. (Foto Gutschein mit Öffnungszeit).

In der Nacht vom 9. auf den 10. Juni waren um 1:00 Uhr über 50 Personen vor der Bar mit lautem Lachen und Reden, um 3:00 Uhr noch 23 Personen.

In Amsterdam gibt es keine gesetzliche Nachtruhe, das Hotel nutzt dies aus.

Um 3:30 Uhr kamen einige als Gäste ins Hotel – laute Gespräche und schrilles Gelächter dauerten bis 4:15 Uhr an.
Danach konnte ich nicht mehr einschlafen.

War um 5:56 Uhr mit dem Zug aus Hannover gestartet und war nach Sightseeing bis 21:00 Uhr erschöpft, als der Lärm langsam begann.

Warum war dies besonders problematisch:
• Ich war erschöpft und brauchte Schlaf
• Am nächsten Tag Termin wegen einer notariellen Schuldurkunde. Dabei war ich war übermüdet und unkonzentriert
• Die mentale Belastung zog sich den ganzen Tag durch; zum Sightseeing war ich zu müde
• Keine Vorwarnung bei der Buchung, weder bei Booking.com noch vom Hotel bei der Zimmervergabe
• Fragen hinsichtlich Lärm / Ruhebedürfnis gab es beim check-in nicht

Was hinzukommt:

• Fenster ca. 30–40 Jahre alt, kaum Schalldämmung (Foto)
• Rezeption nur tagsüber besetzt und Notfallnummer funktionierte nicht (trotz zweifacher Eingabe)
• WhatsApp- Nr: Nur die KI antwortet nachts.
• Ohrstöpsel vom Hotel sind keine echte Lösung (überlagern den Wecker)
• Hotel entschuldigte sich für Abrechnungsfehler, nicht jedoch für den Lärm

Zuhause in Hannover (vier Straßenbahnlinien, 80 m entfernt) sind die Züge lauter. Aber keine besoffenen Gruppen von 50 oder mehr Personen bis 4:00 Uhr untern dem Schlafzimmer und die Fenster sind moderner.

L’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel est très aimable, accueillant et serviable. Le check-in s’est bien passé et l’équipe a toujours été polie et professionnelle.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre familiale avec vue sur la rue, mais on m’a attribué une chambre située au sous-sol qui ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. De plus, la chambre n’était pas suffisamment propre et plusieurs éléments étaient endommagés ou mal entretenus (peinture qui s’écaille, murs abîmés, rideaux détachés, porte dégradée). C’était très décevant par rapport à ce qui était annoncé.
