Cons:

Le bruit généré par la douche de la chambre voisine était tout simplement insupportable et extrêmement fort. La nuit fut très courte, avec en plus le déclenchement à deux reprises, vers 5h et 5h30 du matin, de l'alarme incendie (qui semblait défectueuse)

Julye, una trabajadora agradable y que transmite confort.
Pros:

Hemos estado muy cómodos sobre todo con la atención que nos ha proporcionado Julye, la cocinera y camarera durante los desayunos. Julye ha tenido un trato muy cordial y educado y nos hemos sentido a gusto y hemos disfrutado de momentos muy agradables con ella.

La chambre était minuscule. Bien que ses dimensions soient indiquées dans l’annonce, je ne m’étais pas rendu compte de ce que cela représentait réellement. Les photos ne permettent pas de se rendre compte à quel point elle est petite en réalité.

Very good location, close to cafés and restaurants and a walk away from Opera and Galeries Lafayette. Staff was really kind, helpful and responsive. We have requested a room with a street view, as we wanted to have the full parisian experience and it was worth it. Rooms are quite small, as it is an old parisian building, but we have appreciated the cleanliness and the AC (as we have visited during the heat wave).

Cons:

Not a negative aspect, as we know it is an old building, but doors could be replaced or renewed. However, we had no issues with them.
