Good for the short stay in Paris
Pros:

The location is excellent—very close to Galeries Lafayette, with plenty of shopping areas, cafés and restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away.

We experienced a payment issue that caused some stress at check-in. However, the staff were understanding and did their best to resolve it. As compensation, they offered complimentary breakfast for two throughout our stay.

Problems can happen anywhere; what matters most is how they are handled. We truly appreciated the staff’s professional and considerate response.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, but this is probably standard for hotels in this area, and I assume most nearby hotels have a similar setup.

Alles was uitstekend!
Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend bereikbaar vanuit het centrum. Het personeel was 24/7 beschikbaar aan de receptie. En het was heel hygiënisch en vaak gepoetst.

Cons:

Het enige mindere is dat we op de 6e verdieping sliepen.

Pros:

The location was amazing. It was within a 5-minute walk of two metro stations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were especially pleased that, even though we didn’t ask for it, all the towels and bed linen were changed every day.
We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
