Awful experience:extremely dirty,scratchy bedding and impossible to sleep

the only good think about this hotel is its location close to the metro station and eurostar station

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty. The pillow was rock hard, like a stiff decorative cushion, making it absolutely impossible to sleep—I stayed awake all night. Moreover, the blanket was thin, scratchy, and had no duvet cover or top sheet underneath it, which made my skin itch all over. The cleanliness was terrible.

Cons:

Tout était d’une piètre qualité. Un établissement dépassé, vieux, service médiocre, chambre hideuse, lieux communs affreux. Un hôtel qui n’a d’hôtel que le nom. C’est une honte. À ne jamais y mettre les pieds.

In unseren Zimmer ging die Spülung des WCs nicht nicht, als wir bescheid sagte, schickten sie einen sogenatten Klempner, der es nicht reparrieren konnte, auf Anfrsge eines neuen Zimmers sagte sie uns dass keines mehr frei ist erst für den nächsten Tag. Die Matratze hatte eine Kuhle, was Rückenschmerzen verursachte, Schimmel in der Dusche, einen Fensterblick auf eine Mauer, die Fenster waren undicht und mann konnte diese nicht auf kipp machen, die Gegend ist unsicher und sieht auch unsicher aus besonders bei Nacht, der Fahrstuhlist winzig. Alles schlechte was es gibt in einem Hotel, hat dieses Hotel. Diese Nacht konnten eir also in der Toilette nicht spülen, sie gaben uns einen Schlüssel ein Stockwerl tiefer, das wir da die Toilette benutzen sollten, wo renoviert wurde. Der Manager war laut Rezeption nicht zu erreichen. Das Zimmer was wir am nächsten Tag kriegten hatte einen schönen Blick auf eine Kirche. Das war es auch schon, Matratze abgenutzt, Waschbecken war verstopft, es lief sehr langsam leer, wir sagten 2mal bescheid, keiner kümmerte sich. Finger weg von diesem Hotel

Bon qualité prix proche gare de l’est

Troisième fois que je dors dans cet hôtel, et il fait toujours le job : personnel sympathique, bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre. Et proximité immédiate Gare de l’Est et métro

Bien placé et p'tit dej OK

Cons:

Ne correspond pas aux photos. Sale, mal entretenu. Des tâches au sol. Des moisissures dans la douche. Les prises électriques mal fixées.
Le Monsieur de la réception la nuit était imbuvable.
