Cons:

Hotel nie jest czysty. Wszędzie pył,dywan brudny, kołdry nie było w ogóle, światło przestało pracować i jedne z gniazdek też, w łazience był zatkany zlew. Ale wisiał nie potrzebny telewizor, chociaż lepiej zamiast niego byłoby wsadzić czajnik...

location was great!
it has a very parisian charm to it!
we were on the 5th floor, it had a small petit balcony which had some great views of the street donwstairs as well as the trainstation.

Cons:

the rooms were not cleaned properly. Some hairs were still in the bathroom from previous tennants.
Hairdryer was attached to the wall in the bathroom, but did not function.

Lage zum Bahnhof Est ist super!

Cons:

Nicht sauber, Haare in der Dusche, alles sehr alt und kaputt.
WLAN hat nicht funktioniert.

Lo único positivo es que la estación del tren está a 5 minutos andando. El resto….

Cons:

No me gustó nada.
La zona, es una zona poco segura.
En el ascensor no entras si vas con más de una maleta.
No está en absoluto adaptado.
Habitaciones muy muy muy sucias. Sábanas y colchas rotas.
Olor en la habitación desagradable. No tiene aire acondicionado, ni un ventilador.
Si intentas dormir con la ventana abierta, en la calle se escucha gente pegándose y rompiendo botellas y sirenas de policía y ambulancia constantemente.
La verdad que no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Pros:

Solo la ubicación por cercanía al tren está bien.

Cons:

No me gustó nada.
Por desgracia reservé en su día dos días por separado que si lo llego a saber me lo ahorro pero no tenía cancelación.
La zona, es una zona poco segura.
En el ascensor no entras si vas con más de una maleta.
No está en absoluto adaptado.
Habitaciones muy muy muy sucias. Sábanas y colchas rotas.
Olor en la habitación desagradable. En este caso si que había dos ventiladores los cuales según los encendimos, empezaron a mover polvo por todos lados y a volar encima de nuestras cosas.
Si intentas dormir con la ventana abierta, en la calle se escucha gente pegándose y rompiendo botellas y sirenas de policía y ambulancia constantemente.
La verdad que no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

J’ai demandé à changer de chambre trois fois à mon arrivée. Toilettes sales dans la première, fuite dos dans la salle de bain pour la deuxième, pas de porte à la salle de bain pour la troisième. Hôtel vétuste, qui ne sert qu’à dépanner pour un déplacement express

Pros:

J'ai aimé juste l'emplacement proche de la gare de l'est on a pas dormis zéro clim le ventilateur donne la chaleur je déconseille vivement.

J'ai pas apprécié l'ascenseur petit même 2 personnes ne peuvent monter la chambre était grande avec le vieux déco

Man bekommt was man bezahlt
Pros:

Ort war gut gelegen und war auch nah an Bars, Restaurants und nah an der Metro.

Cons:

W-lan Probleme, unteren Etagen waren noch am bauen bzw. war voll und sonst bekam man das war man bezahlt hat.
