Good value, nice staff, easy access to train stations
Pros:

Location was perfect for catching an early train the next day, as well as walking distance to Opera area. Front desk staff was very congenial and let me check in early and gave me an upgrade. Breakfast was less expensive than most hotels, and very good, including a delicious avocado toast. To me, room was not your standard hotel, but I did not expect luxury. I felt a bit like a temporary Parisien, which was memorable.

Good value hotel near the 2 main train stations.
Pros:

We booked a double and actually ended up in the downstairs step free access apartment. This meant a much larger space, a wet room shower, tables and chairs, plus a kitchenette. It's a pity really it was just for the night so we couldn't make full use of it. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, and accommodated our very late 23:30 arrival time, there was free tea and coffee in the downstairs lounge area. Overall we were happy with what we got. It's brilliantly located for Gare de L'est as it is straight across the road, and was just a 5 to 7 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so fitted our travel plans perfectly.

Perfect for a connection stop
Pros:

Excellent location a stone's throw from Gare de L'Est. Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Only slight downside was noise from the busy road. No AC in room so needed to keep window ajar.

O puro suco de Paris
Pros:

Ficava muito perto do metrô e a instalação tinha tudo que precisávamos, camas confortáveis e banheiro espaçoso

Cons:

O elevador era minúsculo, ficamos no último andar e às vezes não cabíamos nos 3 no elevador, o bairro é meio tenebroso, muitos moradores de rua, pedintes, banheiros públicos imundos, achamos cocô no chão em um banheiro público do bairro e um pedinte nos importunou como se fôssemos obrigados a dar dinheiro a ele, mas isso não foi algo que se tornou um problema, só paramos de andar pelo bairro e pegávamos o metrô pra fugir, era do lado da estação de metrô e em frente a estação de trem gare de lest

Perfect for our short see stay
Pros:

Beautiful old building renovated with care, everything we needed was available, good breakfast was served at a great price. Perfect for our short stay

Whilst breakfast was good, cleaning up and restocking was not so good

A shower curtain or screen would be a good addition to the bathroom

Pros:

The room was clean and freshly decorated. It's very near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. The breakfast room looked attractive, though we took breakfast elsewhere due to travel arrangements.

Cons:

We arrived at the end of a heatwave, so the room ( on 6th floor) was very warm. The road outside is exceptionally noisey, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open but so was the fan. There is no air conditioning, but perhaps they could think of getting quieter fans or air cooling towers.

Cómoda pero muy calurosa

La habitación era pequeña pero cómoda.

Cons:

Hacía muchísimo calor, en la recepción sí tenían aire acondicionado y en las habitaciones no. Es cierto que ya lo sabes cuando reservas, no obstante eran habitaciones demasiado calurosas. De hecho con solo salir de la habitación al pasillo que tampoco tenía aire ya se notaba bastante fresco, las habitanciones guardan demasiado calor.
