A fuir !
Je devais séjourner 3 nuits lors d'une semaine caniculaire, seule. Ma chambre étant située sous les combles et orientée plein sud, il y faisaut 39 degrés, sans climatisation.
J'ai demandé si une autre chambre était disponible : le personnel de l'accueil a été agressif et m'a demandé de partir. J'ai demandé une compensation mais ils ont récupéré la clé et sorti une facture d'une seule nuit afin de pouvoir relouer plus tôt la chambre.
Aucun respect pour les clients !
A 150€ la nuit, c'est une honte !

Toplage direkt außerhalb des Gare de lÉst. Kleines, aber ausreichend geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstück sehr günstig, aber völlig ausreichend. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas Sanierungsbedürftig.
Das Fenster ging nicht komplett zu schließen, es war dauerhaft geöffnet. Der Zimmerservice hat das Fenster dann komplett geschlossen, was dann aber auch nicht mehr zu öffnen ging.
Die elektronische Verriegelung im Türschloss hat mehrmals versagt, sodass wir teilweise ausgesperrt wurden.

Cons:

The cleaning personell are really loud, practically you can’t exist in peace from 8am to 4pm. Doors banging, loud talking.

Comfortable, clean, good location
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean, great location if you are traveling through gare l'est, lots of great cafes, easy walk to many attractions. Staff I met were great and helpful and there were nice touches like flowering plants on the ledge outside my window.

Cons:

It was exactly as expected and great for the price, but don't expect anything lavish. No a/c, curtains askew, light switch needed a shimmy to go on, window could use a little repair to open and close smoothly---but all perfectly fine and comfortable for the price in a great location in Paris and staff was very helpful.
