Great Paris hotel for Gaee du Nord.
Pros:

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Extremely convenient location with many major attractions within walking distance. Two major train stations 10min away walking.

Cons:

Some of the room cleaning was less frequent than expected due to staff being overworked. The hotel seems to be undergoing gradual updating.

Pour une sortie Roland Garros avec gare de l'est comme point d'arrivée, c'est idéal!
Pros:

Super hôtel, vraiment très proche de la gare de l'est et du nord. Rapport qualité prix vraiment intéressant. Jolie petite cour intérieure. Une vraie belle découverte et un personnel aux petits soins! Merci pour l'accueil!!

Walked away from a 2-room 6 night nonrefundable reservation. IT WAS THAT BAD AND WORTH THE PAIN.

Cons:

The hotel condition was completely opposite the website photos. Filthy molds/mildews in the outdoor areas. Overgrown and unmanicured entry area with huge trash pile. Molds/mildews in the shower. Trash here and there. Wore out surfaces and walls. Small, cramped rooms. Management subsequently offered 5 day stay in the future, but would not compromise on a 50% refund. I visit Paris about once every 15 years! Thanks for NOTHING!
