Petit hôtel non dénué de charme mais néanmoins services moyens.
Pros:

Réceptionniste de nuit très professionnel et sympatique. Petite cour devant l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner correct.

Cons:

Climatisation en panne, la chambre était une étuve. Appel à l'hôtel avant l'arrivée, réceptionniste impoli et désagréable. Nombreuses traces d'eau sur les couverts et verres du PDJ (offert à cause de la clim en panne) Cheveu dans la douche qui y est resté pendant trois jours. Rien pour poser les bagages. Deux tasses et une seule cuillère dans la chambre. Tasse non lavée durant le séjour. On nous a recommandé de prendre l'ascenseur 1 par 1. Beaucoup de marches en montée et descente au RDC.

L'hotel si trova vicinissimo alla Gare du Nord e quindi ai mezzi che permettono di raggiungere qualunque punto di Parigi. Il prezzo concorrenziale

Cons:

La pulizia della camera non era il massimo e non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Tanti dettagli poco curati, come la porta della doccia assente sostituita da una tendina in plastica e la tavoletta del bagno rotta...

Friendly and quiet, excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent price/quality ratio. The street is relatively quiet despite the proximity to the Gare du Nord train station, and the hotel has a couple of cozy outdoor seating areas which are completely sheltered from the street. My room was perfectly clean and the air conditioning efficient. The staff was very friendly too.

Parfait pour 2 jours à 3 personnes
Pros:

Accueil très agréable et bon enfant des 3 différentes personnes que nous avons vues. Chambre triple hyper calme, fenêtre donnant sur patio donc zéro bruit de la rue, 1 seule autre porte sur le même palier donc aucun bruit des autres résidents. Super emplacement à deux pas des gares du Nord et de l'est. Juste parfait.

Cons:

Les mues des chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement mais c'est vraiment un détail car tout nous a plu.
