Location is fantastic. Mostly friendly staff who allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived early.
There are tea & coffee making facilities in the room but no milk. If you want milk, I was told the cost is €10 for a small jug!!!! Unacceptable!
Odlicna lokacija, ljubazno osoblje, odlican dorucak. Hotel za preporuku.
Nema svog parkinga ali se u blizini moze naci parking tako da i to nije problem.
Doručak prolazna ocjena.
Pogled kroz prozor iz sobe i kupaonice, u nekakve derutne građevine.

Το προσωπικό πρέπει να έχει επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, δεν μπορεί να με ρωτάνε δύο φορές σε διάστημα 2 λεπτών αν μένω στο ξενοδοχείο για να πάρω πρωινό, Επίσης είχαν ένα σετ πετσέτες ενώ είχαμε κράτηση για δύο άτομα.

It was a pretty hotel
We were there during some really hot days and our ac did not work our entire stay. Our room temp made it really hard to sleep at night and never went below 30c. They came to try to fix it once, said they would be back after failing to fix it and never came back. We asked repeatedly for a fan at least and finally was able to get one after going down to the desk and offering to carry it up ourselves.
Il personale si è mostrato disponibile e il check-in è stato posticipato di un’ora per venire incontro alle esigenze create dall’emergenza.
Comprendiamo che l’origine del problema sia stata il comportamento irresponsabile di un altro ospite e non direttamente della struttura.
La prima e l’unica notte è stata completamente compromessa: a causa di un ospite che ha fumato, gli allarmi antincendio hanno continuato a suonare fino alle 6 del mattino, rendendo impossibile dormire.
Anche dopo la fine dell’emergenza non siamo riusciti a riposare perché la camera era situata di fronte alle scale interne/emergenza. La porta con maniglione antipanico veniva aperta e lasciata sbattere ripetutamente, provocando forti rumori che ci hanno svegliato più volte.
La posizione della camera ci ha fatto percepire anche una scarsa insonorizzazione e una sensazione di poca sicurezza, poiché l’uscita delle scale conduce direttamente all’esterno e sembra facilmente accessibile.
Ci saremmo aspettati maggiore attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti che hanno subito il disagio. Un gesto di cortesia, come un voucher per un futuro soggiorno, un trattamento SPA o un pranzo offerto, avrebbe dimostrato una reale volontà di rimediare all’inconveniente.
Arrivavamo dalla Sicilia dopo un volo molto presto da Catania, il trasferimento e un’intera giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Il giorno seguente avevamo un evento importante e, non avendo potuto dormire, siamo arrivati completamente esausti. Purtroppo il sonno perso non ce lo ha restituito nessuno.
Great location. Perfect for flying into Venice and short drive to Ferrara. Nice little town.
