A clean and modern hotel in a great location with service improvements to be made
Pros:

The location is great: right in the city centre. We had a junior suite which was nice with a small balcony. The hotel is quiet, clean and the room was comfortable. The staff is young and helpful.

Cons:

A few things put us off:
The hotel says it has a parking but you actually have to park on the street with a payable voucher the hotel will provide or in a public covered car park.
We were travelling with our dog and had to pay €25 per day which is fine but the hotel provides nothing for the dog; I had to request bowls for my dog. Usually when hotels charge for dogs, they provide a bed, bowls and sometimes even treats
The maid came to clean the room at 2pm as we were napping when we had actually been out all morning…

Best hotel out of the 9 we stayed in on this trip to Italy!
Pros:

Very upscale and classy hotel, all recently renovated . Our room had a magnificent view of the castle.
Individualized breakfast cooked to order

Cons:

One night our AC didn’t work well but they gave us a fan and offered to move us

Pros:

Sono già stata varie volte in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovata bene.Attualmente hanno aggiunto un ottimo ristorante,inoltre la colazione già buona,è ulteriormente migliorata.
