Fair enough for 1 night stay.
Pros:

Good location, not far from metro stations Oberkampf / Parmentier, walking distance to Gare Du Nord & Bastille. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Mattress, spacing, room cleanliness were okay, I would say a bit of a stretch for the price. But hey, this is Paris.

Dans la norme.
Cons:

Chambre très petite pour un prix assez élevé.
Pas l'habitude de devoir payer une caution (80e) qui doivent nous être remboursés.
C'était propre mais tout de même certains recoins assez délaissés par le temps (de la rouille etc)
Frigo vide.

I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The network is open and unsecured. The breakfasts were poor, and the same food was served every day.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner un peu léger de par son choix limité mais suffisant. Personnel très serviable et poli.
Attention si vous y allez en voiture, pas de parking à moins de 400 mètres (j’ai eu de la chance).

Cons:

The hotel staff were not friendly, except for one lady who was very nice and enjoyed talking with us. However, the older lady was rude and appeared to treat us unfairly because of our race.

Good value for a stay with a lift
Pros:

Closer to the parmentier metro 3 station. Has a lift. Good value for a room in Paris with spacious bathroom

Cons:

There are some noise from the road. If the window can be soundproof it will be better

Rapport qualité /prix médiocre (200€ première nuit et 400€ la deuxième) pour une chambre loin d’être exceptionnelle
Pros:

Chambre assez spacieuse, propre dans l’ensemble

Cons:

Le matelas n’était pas ferme donc un peu mou
Les murs sont très fins il était impossible de dormir avec mon voisin de chambre. Après quelques coups de fils à l’accueil cela s’est arrangé (vers 1h du matin)
