Great base to explore the City
Pros:

Good value, great location: just a few metres from Voltaire metro on the 9 line (which connects well with other lines making it easy to get just about anywhere in the city- Sacre Coeur to the north, Versailles to the west, Disney to the East - and everywhere in between!); short stroll to Bastille for evening meals; and a local supermarket just across the road too.
Staff were all super friendly and kindly stored our bags on check out day so we could pack in some final sightseeing. Recommend

Friendly staff in a nice neighbourhood
Pros:

The hotel is in arrondisment 11 which has a really nice vibe. Lots of good places to eat that aren't very expensive. Fruit shops and bakeries to buy a cheap lunch. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good too.

Cons:

The higher floors are best accessed by elevator and it is a small one. I travelled alone, so had no problem using it, but two people with bags wouldn't fit.

La ubicación, que el cuarto tenía un balcón a la calle. Y ascensor que a pesar que se podía usar de una persona a la vez, en paris no hay muchos ascensores !

Can’t believe such a hotel exists
Pros:

The location was not bad

Cons:

Floors superdirty, I had to wash my feet each time I moved from bathroom to bed and similar

A disturbing noise coming from the floor above, felt like it was vacuum cleaner but it was the ventilation I suppose

We had a pleasant stay because of position and nice staff.
Pros:

Location was great. Very close to trains and nice suburb with lots of restaurants. Easy walk to Bastille and Cemetery.

Cons:

Very small lift (only room for 2 medium suitcases and 1 person). Stairs were narrow and wound around the lift. Room was very small for a couple with no fridge, only 1 chair and 1 luggage rack. Maybe ok for a short stay but we were booked for 4 nights so a bit uncomfortable. Also shower room was clean and new but cubicle was small with no screen which caused water to go everywhere.

Brandlarmet gick tidigt andra morgonen men det var oklart vad som orsakat larmet. Ingen personal som förklarade eller guidade gästerna även om det var ett falskalarm och ingen riktig brand.
