Great stay at Palym. So close to gate de Lyon. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Could leave luggage no pro
Pros:

Proximity to gare de Lyon. Easy to find. Good big hotel sign. It was dark and late for us. Staff still on duty. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Beautifully clean modern bathroom next to dining room.

Cons:

En-suite was very small but we had chosen small double room as cheaper.

Perfectly located
Pros:

We were welcomed with a smile by the helpful Thomas, the room was well though-out and decorated, all was clean and smart. It was perfect for our overnight stay and handy for Gare de Lyon station.

Konumu ve çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Check out yapmamıza rağmen valizimizi muhafaza ettiler ve tren saatimize kadar otel lobisinde bizi ağırladılar. Tekrar olsa tekrar giderim.

situation parfaite et personnel accueillant

Juste à côté de la gare de Lyon mais dans une petite rue calme. Proche de L'Accor Arena, parfait pour aller à notre concert à pieds
Personnel très agréable et souriant, présent 24h/24 ce qui est très sécurisant

Cons:

Chambre pour 4 personnes mais seulement deux lits simples et un canapé lit et vraiment inconfortable, tout juste acceptable pour une nuit mais pas plus, c'est dommage car tout le reste, rien à redire

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It is fairly simple. We liked the location as it wasn’t overly loud but still had plenty going on around that was within walking distance. Also, the staff were lovely and willing to be accommodating for us which we massively appreciated!

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small, but I know there is a reputation for hotels in Paris to be tiny so perhaps it wasn’t too bad in comparison to others.

Our major concern while staying in this hotel was relating to the key card policy.

As we were leaving to go out in the evening, we were told that we needed to leave our key card with the reception and would need to collect it to be able to go back to our room. Never had this experience staying in a hotel before so found it, strange, but of course obliged. Later in the evening when we returned, we gave our room number and they gave us the key card for us to go up and be able to get back into our room. This left us feeling really uncomfortable during our stay as it, did not make us feel as safe. I mean, what would stop someone from being able to come in and offer a room number to obtain the key card and then be able to access the room? In particular, considering the stories coming from Travelodge hotels in the UK, this had us feeling, very unsettled. I am sure there is a reason for why the hotel feels this policy is necessary. The gentleman at reception who had asked us to leave our key behind did say it was relating to fire safety and for what they would need to do in case of a fire. In response to that, I would just say that this isn’t the typical way of approaching that issue. I do think there needs to be some reconsideration to ensure that hotel guests are safe, in particular women who are staying at this hotel.
