Hotel familial idéalement placé, nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en chambre triple. C'est un établissement parfait pour notre profil : famille souhaitant profiter de Paris, sans perdre trop de temps dans les transports (et en cela, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est un atout, et dispose d'un calme particulièrement appréciable). Les équipements sont basiques mais largement suffisants quand on ne fait qu'y dormir. Les chambres sont propres, l'accueil fut chaleureux, le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Nous n'avons pas gouté les petits déjeuners car nous mangeons peu le matin, mais les assiettes de nos voisins de chambre qui eux, avaient réservé cette prestation, donnaient envie.

Pros:

Cerca del metro y el bus 38 y 92 pero lejos de todo.

Cons:

Alquile una habitación con salida a una terraza con la esperanza de poder usarla pero el recepcionista me dijo que no podía desayunar allí si no era el desayuno de ellos. A las 21 sacan todas las mesas y sillas...acá a las 22 es de día...o sea..no se puede usar. La ventana daba a la terraza, es decir que no podía abrirse porque estabas a la vista de todos. El hotel está sucio y con olor a comida. No reponen jabón en la habitación. El baño pequeño al extremo y el agua con poca fuerza. Sin aire ni ventilador con 35 grados a la sombra. La persona que recepciona nada simpático y haciendo cara cuando nos veia sentados en la terraza razón por la cual decidimos no estar más allí.

La posizione ottimale e il quartiere molto tranquillo anche in tarda serata

Cons:

La pulizia e il servizio riguardo alle dotazioni del bagno in tre giorni abbiamo avuto solo una bustina di bagno schiuma e una saponetta ciascuno

Tiny rooms, high price (but for Paris I guess that's normal)
Pros:

The owner was nice. We had trouble paying because our metro/bus getting back by closing had issues. I wish we could pay ahead of time. I felt the owner thought we were trying to leave without paying, because we had to leave at 6 a.m. He sid get up early to have us pay, but paying when we arrived would be easier. They cleaned and made beds even though we only stayed two nights. Most hotels don't do that anymore, so i was pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

Very small room. The carpet seemed very old and dirty. Better if it was just a hard floor. Carpets are bad. The price was too high for the tiny room. Our hotel the night before was much nicer and larger, and the same price.

Pros:

Der Mann war echt nett und immer da und hat sogar unseren Yogurt in seinen Kühlschrank gestellt.

Cons:

Fernseher leider kaputt. Wir wollten gern. Leider gerade Laute Baustelle aber mit Ohrenstöpseln geht es. Sollte aber Irgendwann weg sein. Dann schön ruhig bestimmt. Bisschen hellhörig sonst.

Emplacement de l'hôtel bien situé, dans une petite rue assez proche de tous commerces et transports en commun (bus, tram et métro) .

Cons:

Période de construction d'un immeuble tout prêt réveil assez matinal...
Les gens qui t'embourine à la porte de l'hôtel en soirée (sûrement oublie de clé) .

hôtel très pratique par sa situation mais aurait besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement .

Excellent emplacement dans quartier calme , prés du métro et du tramway.
Chambre petite mais suffisante pour une personne.
Extrême gentillesse du personnel .

Cons:

Salle de bain trop petite .Douche vraiment trop petite .Télévision avec son bloqué et absolument inaudible .
