Great value option, comfortable and with excellent staff.
Pros:

Excellent value option, with an extremely friendly owner/receptionist and well located, just a 5-minute walk away from the tram and metro. The rooms were large enough, with all what is needed for a comfortable stay. The beds, though a bit soft for my taste, were comfortable, and the neighbourhood is quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. (Great bakeries nearby too!).

Cons:

The shower head had a very turbulent flow, perhaps a deep clean could improve it. The staircase is narrow, so anyone with mobility issues should probably avoid this hotel, since there is no lift either. The rooms don't have air conditioning, only a fan, so perhaps not a great option in the mid of summer either. The carpets in the staircase and the TV remote control could use a deeper clean. The neighbourhood might look a bit sketchy at night, though it didn't feel unsafe, and is not close to the main tourist hotspots, but that is expected given the price

Pros:

The location was okay. Nothing special, though. It’s far from everything worth seeing in Paris, but it’s not that bad.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely small—far too small, honestly. I’ve never seen such a tiny bathroom. Everything was dirty except the bed linen. There was no refrigerator or wardrobe, leaving barely any space for our belongings. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the red wallpaper made the place look even worse, creating a far from welcoming environmen

Cons:

Inadmissible de louer une chambre où il fait 35 degrés sous les toits sans climatisation juste un ventilateur !
Un pommeau de douche dont la moitié des trous sont bouchés et une colonne de lavabo qui n’est même pas fixée

Personnel super et hôtel bien situé
Pros:

L'hôtel est proche du métro. L'accueil est super et arrangeant (possibilité de laisser les sacs)! Nous y avons passé seulement une nuit mais c'était parfait pour 3 personnes.

Il personale dell'hotel é simpatico e disponibile.
L'hotel si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a pochi passi dai mezzi pubblici, supermarket e boulangerie.
Se si vuole muovere con i mezzi pubblici é un'ottima posizione. Mentre se uno vuole muoversi principalmente a piedi é troppo lontano dal centro.

Cons:

Bagno troppo piccolo, si fa fatica a girarsi.
Camera piccola e con poche superfici d'appoggio. Per fortuna avevamo solo dei zainetti.
Mancanze di prese elettriche a fianco del letto.
Pulizia un po scarsa, c'era polvere in terra ed in tre giorni hanno solo rifatto i letti, senza pulire la stanza.
