An oasis of calm in a busy and interesting area.
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel last year. Air con good. Everything simple, useful and well designed. The staff are very helpful and the situation excellent for exploration and travel.

Cons:

The price. Booking agents are trading on its good reputation.

Hôtel bien placé pour des voyages au départ ou à l’arrivée de la Gare Montparnasse. Hôtel simple mais efficace. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Le tarif est un peu élevé (12€) pour le choix

Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione estremamente comoda e nei pressi delle principali linee metro della città (giusto per citarne qualcuna, linea 4, 6, 13, 12), oltre che essere pulita e lo staff cordiale. Le stanze sono piccole però complete di tutto e funzionali a un soggiorno di qualche giorno nella città. Unica pecca, in bagno non è presente una ventola e/o una finestra per cambiare aria, quindi una volta fatta la doccia il bagno resta umido e caldissimo per ore. Tolta questo piccolo dettaglio però tornerei in questa struttura, consigliata!

Un critère essentiel pour moi est l'insonorisation des chambres. Et là, suite à la victoire du PSG, j' étais persuadé que le bruit de la ville m'empêcherait de dormir. En fait, la chambre était parfaitement insonorisée. J'ai extrêmement bien dormi au calme, avec en plus, une climatisation fonctionnant parfaitement bien.

Le séjour a été agréable hormis le souci de propreté à notre arrivée.

La situation géographique et le quartier animé. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse exemplaire

Cons:

Des soucis de propreté ont été constatés à notre arrivée au niveau de la SDB (coton tiges usagés dans la poubelle, la lunette des WC n'avait pas bien été nettoyée, et plusieurs poils dans la baignoire.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais mériterait un peu plus de choix.

Le petit-déjeuner est parfait. Il est très bien positionné par rapport à la Gare Montparnasse.

Cons:

La chambre est très petite, la salle d'eau l'est encore plus. Impossible d'être à deux dans la salle d'eau.
Il est bruyant, on entand les gens marcher dans la chambre au-dessus

La peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel
Pros:

La ubicación.

Cons:

Aire acondicionado malo y días de mucho calor. Nunca habían toallas y había que pedirlas. Cama muy chica y sábanas casi plásticas (con el calor casi imposible dormir).
