Return visit as we liked it the first visit.
Pros:

Well run independent hotel in a convenient place . Close to the station but in a quiet location. Air con was brilliant in a very hot Paris.

Cons:

Just the price. Very expensive on this site.

Very convenient place to stay
Pros:

Great check in, staff very friendly and helpful, facilities were fine, room was as advertised. Great location to get to the train station and 15 minute walk to latin quarter. Didnt realise the area had so many theatres which was really nice. Local market was good. Never stayed in this part of paris before but i really enjoyed it.
