L'accueil de la réceptionniste qui devrait selon moi changer de secteur d'activité vu son amabilité. Les placards et la salle de bain sentaient l'humidité. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Bref un rapport qualité/prix très douteux.

We saw much of Paris. Our 1st time. It was a Fun adventure.
Pros:

The most impressive was the Front Desk gentleman who checked us out, early May 11, 26. Excellent. Small, nice room with a nice bathroom, tiny shower. It added to our Paris adventure. Good breakfasts. Not in the middle of a touristy area. Pluses and minus' for location.

Cons:

For us to speak better French. We found the French people very helpful if we respected their Parisian culture. Do your homework before you go.

Très sonore, nous avons eu un problème avec une personne résident au même niveau que nous qui braillait toute la nuit, nous avons dû régler le souci avec cette personne par nous même pour la faire taire alors que nous avions préalablement contacté la réception pour faire régner le calme comme il se doit à une horaire très tardive

hôtel très calme malgré ce we foot très bruyant.

Cons:

e seul hic a été pas de vraie climatisation alors que c'était un we de canicule. Cependant, ça a été quand même avec les pales.

Très efficace pour un séjour en plein centre ville à moindre coût.
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la gare montparanasse, on peut y aller à pieds. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Personnel à l'écoute, facilite votre accueil, possibilité de laisser sa valise dans la journée.

Cons:

Accès salle de bain et douche compliqué, le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié.
