Staff were great, especially the front desk. They were very polite and kind enough to upgrade our room for our extended stay!
Cleaning requests weren't up to my expectations. I wish the cleaning staff did a more thorough job.
La clim et le lit. C'est propre et proche Montparnasse. En bas il y a la station du métro Edgar Quinet. La femme de ménage de la chambre à côté était très respectueuse.
La personne à l'accueil le jour du départ était nouvelle et ne savait comment faire son travail. Sans avoir vérifié ce qui a été déjà payé, tout de suite nous a attaqués de payer, alors que nous l'avions fait le premier jour. Aucun sens du professionnalisme alors qu'il suffit d'avoir séjourné à l'hôtel pour savoir comment traiter les clients.

Hôtel très bien situé et calme. Le personnel est très aimable, les pièces spacieuses pour le quartier.
Au 6ème étage la climatisation. est faible. La salle de bains est vieillotte mais propre.
Super friendly staff
The hotel location was on point. You could see the metro 6 from our balcony which connected to the RER B train-very helpful. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the main thoroughfare. Great for people watching and I always love having an outdoor space. The bed was comfortable, but not long so if you’re very tall your feet would hang off. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like. I would not recommend if you don’t like climbing stairs or are not good with tight spaces. Overall, we had no complaints, but this hotel is not for everyone.
Nos mimaron... habitación con balcón romántico. Amabilidad y ayuda siempre. Nos ha encantado. La habitación no es amplia pero super limpia...muchas luz...todo muy muy limpio. Gracias por darnos una estancia de 10.
