dimensioni camera e bagno ok, colazione ok, posizione hotel ok, personale disponibile

Cons:

pulizia pessima - non era pulito né il pavimento della camera né quello del bagno, bisognava evitare di camminare scalzi in stanza; nel vano doccia c'erano ancora gli schizzi di schiuma del cliente precedente e non era assolutamente stato pulito niente ... Inoltre c'erano solo 2 asciugamani puliti grandi disponibili e nessun asciugamano per asciugarsi mani e/o viso, questo non è esattamente un servizio da hotel 3 stelle.

The stears are old and not clean no wifi in the room breakfast was very bad not many options and no fresh juice even they take out from the cane I will never give back again

Привітність персоналу. Затишна атмосфера.

Cons:

Спосіб проплати. В букінгу нічого не було сказано про зняття коштіів, а про розрахунок готівкою безпосередньо в готелі. Проте відразу по бронюванню було знято повну вартість, а в готелі знову довелося платити готівкою. Кошти на картку не поверталися до того часу, допоки не написав на Є підтримку букінгу.

Bon accueil et personnel très bien. Suffisant en matière de confort et d'équipements.
Pros:

la situation par rapport à nos besoins. Chambre correcte et correctement équipée. Petit déjeuner bien mais sans jambon (ou autre charcuterie).

Cons:

L'insonorisation entre les chambres, les bruits dans le couloir tard le soir. La faute à qui ?
