Perfekt für unseren Städtetrip
Pros:

Ansprechende Einrichtung, sauber und gepflegt, freundliche Mitarbeiter, Lage (nah zur Metro und Einkaufs-/Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten)

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war klein, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat.

The room itself was quite good: spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant.

Cons:

However, one of the main drawbacks of this hotel is its location. While it may look reasonable on a map, it is actually quite far from most of Paris’s main tourist attractions if you enjoy exploring the city on foot. We found ourselves relying heavily on public transportation and taxis.

Additionally, the reception area, lobby, and some of the common spaces did not feel as well-kept or modern as we expected. These areas could definitely benefit from better maintenance and updates.

That said, we would like to highlight a very positive aspect of our experience. We had a concern during our stay, and the General Manager responded almost immediately. The issue was handled professionally, with genuine attention and excellent customer service. His willingness to listen and take action made a significant difference and left us with a much better impression of the hotel.

Overall, the room quality was a strong point, the location and common areas were disappointing, but the responsiveness and professionalism of the management team were truly commendable.

Convenient location, looks good but room was too small
Pros:

Very modern and clean

Cons:

Rooms are very small. Spaces are tight.
Small items that spoiled the stay were no kettle to boil water for tea, no milk, soap not replenished, glasses not washed.
Bathroom door squeaked loudly. Cupboard door handle was loose. Small but annoying.

Estupendo hotel boutique sin el "ruido" y el caos de las zonas turísticas.
Pros:

Al ser un hotel boutique, ya te cambia la experiencia desde el arranque: pocas habitaciones, pocos huéspedes, sin caos, tranquilo, ideal para alojarse y caminar por la ciudad. Impecable la habitación y el trato del personal.
Extraordinario y muy surtido el desayuno, altamente recomendable. En una zona tranquila sin el ruido del tráfico parisino. Cerca de restaurantes donde comen los parisinos (no trampas de turistas) y con supermercados y lavanderías a dos o tres calles de distancia. Definitivamente volvería.

Cons:

Para algunos tal vez sea un problema que no esté "en el centro" de la ciudad, pero el hotel está a 3 calles de una estación del metro que conecta todo París.

Good hotel but not if you are a light sleeper like me
Pros:

Cosy room, clean

Cons:

Noise outside of the hotel, maybe it is just related to where my room was but on both nights I heard large groups of people laughing and shouting which made it impossible to for me to sleep.

Al llegar me recibió un hombre, no recuerdo su nombre y fue un poco grosero explicando las cosas, pero solo él porque el resto del personal muy amables
