A good, albeit small, cozy hotel
Pros:

The staff was very nice, and very good at cleaning our room. Beds were very comfortable and I can only speak for myself, but I slept very well. Breakfast was just fine for a 3-star hotel, and the timeframe for breakfast was not too short like other hotels (we are not A-type people, lol). Hotel is very close to a tram station so that is definitely also a bonus. Good restaurants nearby as well.

Cons:

Our room was very small, often we are okay with smaller rooms but this time the bed took so much space of the room that we didn't have enough space to have our luggage open. Also there were a lot of weird noises coming from the building, particularly there was one sound every 10 minutes or so that sounded like a phone vibrating like a notification? Very strange. Other than that I would say the shower was nice, but the soap provided isn't, so I would advise to bring your own soap and shampoo.
last thing I want to mention is that there are no elevators, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. I think the staff will help you carry it if you ask for it, but regardless it's a bit of a pain. Luckily our room was not that far up.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, bon emplacement et bien entouré au niveau des restaurants.
Pros:

La chambre car elle était très calme et très bien climatisée. Et la possibilité de manger une pizza jusqu’à 23h30 proposée par l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était très basique au niveau des propositions salées. Par contre, très bonne marque de thé « La route des comptoirs ».

Funcionários agradáveis, hotel lindo e rua charmosa
Pros:

O hotel por si só é lindo! Tudo muito confortável, organizado, limpo. Mas o que mais me chamou atenção foi o atendimento maravilhoso. Mesmo nosso inglês sendo intermediário conseguimos nos comunicar, pela manhã tinha inclusive um funcionário que falava português! Todos muito queridos! Se você é brasileiro eu recomendo demais esse hotel!
Além disso, a localização é muito boa, o bairro é mais moderno, mas é lindo e fica muito próximo de uma estação de metrô. Pela manhã fomos no Arco do Triunfo de metrô e voltamos também sem nos cansarmos pois a estação é pertinho do hotel.
Se eu voltar a Paris ficarei novamente nesse hotel.
