Thérèse à la réception , elle est vraiment adorable. Elle m'a vraiment aidé à trouver des solutions, et elle était comme ça avec chaque client!

Cons:

la taille des chambres, le bruit, pas de climatisation, le bruit des autres chambres la nuit, horriblement mal insonorisé

Pros:

Clean and comfortable with friendly reception. Five minute walk to Metro and 20 minutes walk to the Montparnasse train station. The rooms are typically small for a Parisian hotel, but well organized and updated, and very clean. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked pretty good. Will come back next time I'll be in the Montparnasse area.

A great stay in the center of Paris
Pros:

The property is at an excellent location. There are multiple metro stations, with a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Beautiful building as well.
It has been freshly renovated and you can both see and smell it when you enter the hotel.
All of the staff members were incredible. From the arrival to their help with some requests like getting the glasses to the room.
They clean the rooms daily. We opted out as we were out of our rooms for most of the day. The rooms are small, but that impression is emphasized due to the fact that the bed is huge. The said bed is very comfortable.
The bathroom is spacious and bright.
The flat screen tv is also very large and at a good position to the bed.
We got a welcome coffee and a few cookies for our stay.
Overall a fantastic experience.

Cons:

I want to recommend this to the hotel management themselves - I saw multiple people complaining about the size of the rooms. Add a simple floor plan illustration as I am sure most people cannot envision how those 14m2 work in such a space.
If you are over 180cm, sitting on the toilet might be a struggle btw.
The TV has a strange hotel interface which didn’t allow for logging into any apps, except YouTube and Netflix and those weren’t working up until our last day.

Die Lage des Hotels war super- innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man zum Eifelturm gelaufen und auch der ÖPNV ist sehr schnell und fußläufig zu erreichen. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Sämtliches Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Das Zimmer war winzig- aber das ist für Paris ja nicht ungewöhnlich. Viel ungünstiger für mich und meine kleine Tochter = der Fahrstuhl ist so klein, dass der Buggy kaum hineingepasst hat- jedenfalls nicht mit mir und meiner Tochter gemeinsam. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es leider kaum Auswahl und die Qualität war zwar okay, aber auch nicht sehr gut.
