Safe, comfortable place to stay whilst exploring Paris, very central location
Pros:

Loved the location very close to the metro and the Eiffel Tower, clean and tidy room, staff friendly and are available 24/7, has a supermarket, cafe and a ma Donald’s nearby, clean sheets and towels provided daily. thank you for the stay!

Cons:

Couldn’t find a hairdryer unfortunately but otherwise it was lovely

Ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl trotz der Toplage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist 1A: Zu Fuss zum Eifelturm; Metrostation mit mehreren Linien ganz nahe.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer 001 im Erdgeschoss hat die Ausstrahlung einer Gefängniszelle: extrem klein und eng, spartanisch eingerichtet und in der Empfindung fensterlos: Die "grosse" Wand ist kahl und hat kein Fenster; die Gegenwand hat ein Fenster, durch das man auf 60 cm Höhe von aussen einsteigen kann und wo man deshalb sowohl das Fenster als auch den Vorhang geschlossen lässt. Vis-à-vis des Fensters ist in einem Kleinst-Innenhof mit Algenbelag ("Blick auf den Innenhof") in ca. 3 Meter Distanz das Fenster eines weiteren Zimmers, wo man auch einsteigen könnte.
Links und rechts neben dem Einzelbett gibt es sehr wenig Platz bis zur Zimmerwand (je ca. 50-60 cm).
Lieblos und oberflächlich renoviert. Die einzige Elektrosteckdose sitzt nicht fest, ebensowenig die Duschbatterie. Die Farbe an der Wand blättert an einigen Stellen ab. Das Zimmer wirkt nicht sauber.
In der Werbung steht: schallisolierte Zimmer. Das ist eine glatte Lüge! Jedes Gespräch von benachbarten Rückkehrenden ist bestens verständlich. Die Metro erzeugt bei jeder Durchfahrt ein Brummen und Grollen und das Zimmer vibriert mit. Ich habe keinerlei Schlafprobleme, aber hier habe ich 3 Nächte lang trotz grosser Müdigkeit sehr schlecht geschlafen.
Das Personal ist ziemlich desinteressiert.

Bien situé et confortable
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique et prestation de qualité.Les chambres avec balcon au 4eme : un vrai plus !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner , il mériterait d’être plus sous forme de buffet avec autant de choix salé que de sucré

Correcta .
Pros:

La ubicación excelente . El hotel correcto. La señora que sirve el desayuno amorosa.

Cons:

El personal de la recepción mala onda . Y el desayuno 12 euros para lo q ofrece es caro . Un poco tediosas las escaleras y la TV común, creo q hoy en día el smart TV debería ser un básico .
