Wonderful.
Pros:

The room was much larger than expected and having a separate living area was good and a table where my husband could work was brilliant. The reception area was very attractive and stylish and the reception staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Being just a few minutes walk from the Arena and the historic parts of Verona was very convenient and easily accessible and also quiet.

Pros:

Уютный отель. Удобное расположение, с вокзала дошли пешком с чемоданами за 10 минут, Арена в 5 минутах ходьбы. Дружелюбный персонал, неработающий чайник сразу заменили. Комната небольшая, но достаточно комфортная. Балкон с чудесным видом!!! Рядом с отелем хороший ресторанчик. Спасибо за прием.

Very nice stay with excellent service and breakfast!
Pros:

This hotel had a very good breakfast! Roxanne had baked cookies and cakes herself and they were delicious! There were so many things to choose from depending on your preferences of sweet or savory breakfast. Eggs, meat, cheeses, bread and sweet baked goods. I even got a recipe for the cookies that I loved!

We were also very happy with the friendly and helpful service of the staff in the front desk.

Also the location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms were cleaned well.

Cons:

There are only minor things that can bother someone: the way the faucet and the shower works (they were little tricky) and maybe some of the rooms may be little worn out, but nothing that would bother too badly. Good things triumph over the little flaws many times over!

Дизайн лобби шикарен! Дизан номера сильно слабее. Провела лишь одну ночь поэтому все о чем могу судить - удобство кровати - на высоте.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem stylischen Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Personal, toller Service
Pros:

Sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer Upgrade und hatten ein sehr großes Loft im vierten Stock. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Klimaanlage, die völlig zugfrei das Zimmer bei 32° Außentemperatur klimatisierte. Die Lage ist perfekt, fußläufig ist die Arena in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, dadurch auch die ganze Innenstadt Veronas.

Cons:

Winziger Kritikpunkt: man konnte seine benutzten Handtüchern nirgends aufhängen - sie wurden aber auch jeden Tag gewechselt.

außergewöhnliches Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage
Pros:

perfekte Lage in der Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Arena entfernt. sehr cooles Interieur, gute Betreuung, gutes Frühstück, sehr entspannte Stimmung

die Garage benötigt einige Fahrkunst und ist für den Preis einfach zu wenig komfortabel
