Personnel:on m’a donné une trés mauvaise place dans le parking souterrain horrible,j’ai cassé mon rétroviseur et la porte du parking ne s’ouvrait pas,heureusement un client était à l’intérieur et m’a ouvert et pas un mot d’excuse du personnel.

Je ne peux pas évaluer un hôtel qui ne m'a pas reçu !

Cons:

Être prévenu sur la route en regardant instinctivement ma messagerie que mon hôtel ne pouvait pas me recevoir et qu'une réservation avait été faite dans un autre hôtel ! Aucune compensation ... aucun respect du client, ma chambre avait été réservée et payée plusieurs semaines auparavant... un scandale !

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir konnten unser Auto gegen einge Gebühr in einem abgeschlossenen Parking unterbringen was super war da wir noch Fahrräder dabei hatten und konnten so alles unbedenklich im Auto lassen. Zudem mussten wir vor dem Frühstück los und sie haben extra für uns früher mit dem Frühstück begonnen, danke viel mal.
Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel, es tat seinen Zweck, hatte alles, war sauber und trotz Strassenlärm relativ ruhig. Es liegt mitten im Hafen und so konnten wir direkt auf die Fähre ohne grossen Anfahrtsweg.

Ottimo per raggiungere il centro a piedi
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è ottima si raggiunge il centro città in 15/20 minuti a piedi mentre a 5 minuti c'è la stazione del treno e anche dei bus. La colazione è proporzionale a un albergo due stelle buona comunque e fornita sia di dolce che di salato. La camera è dotata di bagno piccolino ma completo dimensioni della camera giuste.

Einmal und nie wieder!
Pros:

Die Bäder waren schön gefliest….

Cons:

- kein warmes Wasser zum duschen, erst nach der 3. Ansprache wurde der Mangel behoben
- das Zimmer war nicht fertig aufbereitet, Bettwäsche benutzt, dreckig
- das Reinigungspersonal kommt irgendwann am späten Nachmittag, genau dann wenn man sich für den Abend frisch machen will, das erklärt warum das Zimmer beim Check in saumäßig war
- im Zimmer gibt es keine Nachtischlampen, dafür 2 Ventilatoren die halb kaputt sind

hotel insalubre, vieux, sonore, odorant. La clim ne marchait pas ainsi que la télécommande de la TV. Nous aovns eu peur de ressortir e soir avec mon fils tellement le quartier est mal fammé. Lits catastrophiques (ressorts sortant du matelas)

Avec lon fils nous n'avons pas osé ressortir de par les fréquentations qui surveillaient devant l'hotel et qui yy rentraient...
