Good location, no air conditioning
Pros:

Good location, close to the metro station and also near Porte Maillot station, which made getting around Paris very convenient. The room was also very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

However, during the weekend of our stay, the temperatures were around 30–31°C. Even though the room had two fans, it was still extremely hot inside. Unfortunately, keeping the window open did not help cool the room down.

Lovely, comfortable stay in a good location. Easy to get to from Gare De Nord and a 30/40 min walk to Eiffel Tower

Pros:

Charmant petit hôtel avec déjeuner très sympathique et copieux avec les autres résidents autour d'une table.

Une table commune pour le petit déjeuner, c’est sympa, mais ça l’est moins quand à chaque matin la place manque.

Chouette petit hôtel
Pros:

L'hôtel est à 3 minutes à pieds d'une station de métro et proche de tous commerces.
Il est situé dans une rue calme..... du moins en théorie.
Le personnel est aimable, avec une mention toute spéciale pour Salim qui est réellement soucieux de la satisfaction des clients et ne ménage pas ses efforts.
La chambre et la salle-de-bain étaient bien propres.
La réception est ouverte jour et nuit.

Cons:

Ma chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et donnait sur le parking à l'arrière : voitures garées à 5 mètres de la fenêtre, donc bruits de portières, de gens qui parlent la nuit, de rodéo de moto (!), et peu de possibilité de la rafraîchir s'il fait chaud puisque tout le monde peut voir à l'intérieur dès qu'on ouvre les rideaux et allume la lumière.
La chambre est vraiment très petite si on loge à 2.

Au global, très bon séjour; je conseille cet hôtel.
Pros:

On s'y sent bien! Différents espaces Cosy, "familial" (comme à la maison), style / déco, possibilité de garer la voiture à l'extérieur le temps du séjour, qualité du petit déjeuner. Confort.

Cons:

Quand tout le monde descend au même moment, comme au petit déjeuner, Il manque un peu d'espace et de synchronisation / diligence dans le service.
