Convenient stay in the center
Pros:

The location was very convenient, 6 min walk to bus and metro station, restaurants and shopping streets nearby. Hotel is decent, staff is friendly.

Cons:

Cleanliness to be improved, breakfast was ok but not a big variety and bread wasn't fresh.

Pros:

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 children. In 2 rooms . The hotel is very good and the staff are professional and friendly. We received a response to every problem and request. Very good cleanliness and comfort.
The breakfast is very good. Excellent location, quiet and not noisy, close to the metro station. Highly recommended.

Séjour agréable dans ensemble
Pros:

Proximité du métro. Très bonne literie.
Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique.
L’établissement ainsi que la chambre étaient propre.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite. Fenêtre donnant sur un puit de lumière ce qui engendre un manque de luminosité. Isolation phonique très moyenne. Baignoire au lieu de douche ce qui peut causer des problèmes pour certaine personne.

Emplacement parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons participé aux 10K de Paris le 7 juin et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait pour le départ et l'arrivée de la course (5 min a pied de l'Arc de Triomphe par l'avenue de Wagram)
Le personnel est souriant et accueillant.
La chambre est très bien et la literie est parfaite.

Cons:

Il doit y avoir de l'air au niveau de la tuyauterie qui passe au niveau de la tête de lit.
Il y a des "claquements " réguliers dans la nuit.

The receptionist named Kristina welcomed us with great joy.
We didn't have a question that we didn't get an answer to.
During our stay, she helped with every matter and always spoke with joy and a cheerful face.
We felt that we were in good hands

Pros:

The staff was just fantastic, very helpful and ready to help. The room was small, but clean and peaceful with all I needed. The breakfast was good, surprisingly inclusive for a small hotel. The metro & train stations are very close, easy to go anywhere in the city.
