J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Prony Monceau. J’ai eu une chambre sur cour, double vitrage, extrêmement calme, équipée de la climatisation, ce qui a contribué à rendre mon séjour très comfortable en cette période de canicule, la literie était impeccable et la chambre, salle de bain très propres (je prête toujours une grande attention aux cheveux oubliés sur le sol mais là rien à dire, parfait 👌🏻)
J’ai beaucoup apprécié le petit coffee corner avec de quoi se préparer une boisson chaude

Cons:

Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de prise a coté de la petite “coffee station” et que l’on doivent bouger celle ci sur la table de nuit.

Quelques problèmes, comme le coussin un peu trop gros et trop dure, une légère odeur venant des toilettes et le manque d'une prise à côté du lit. J'ai noté aussi quelques traces de moisissures dans la douche mais rien de bien gênant.
Et bien sûr le bruit du metro mais ça l'hôtel n'y est pour rien.

location seemed ok staff were helpful as they could be.

Cons:

e had to find alternate accommodation. i enquired if the property had lifts as my mother is 85 years old and unable to climb more than 4-5 steps. The property returned my message and guaranteed the lift services all floors which was incorrect information. We had to walk up a spiral staircase (30+ steps) to get to level 1 then the lift starts there and they were not going to provide a refund initially. Eventually they agreed after seeing my mother struggled to walk at all!

Pros:

It is situated in a very nice neighborhood of Paris. The room is small but looks new and clean. For one person, it is good enough. It has all the basics, including a hot water boiler. It has a person monitoring the hotel 24 hours a day.

Cons:

The entrance is rather hidden; you may pass it without noticing it.
