Great staff, great stay, will stay again
Pros:

The hotel staff was super accomodating, friendly and willing to solve a problem created solely by me making errors. They had no obligations but recieved us late at night without hesitation even though the reservation was made for the wrong dates.

Cons:

there was nothing do dislike, friendly hotel staff overrides any possible negative aspects, makes the stay so nice that there is nothing not to like.

Pros:

The room was lovely and very clean. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and provided fresh towels daily, which we really appreciated. The location is good, about 2 km from the Arc de Triomphe, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The room also has air conditioning, which is very important when visiting Paris during the hot summer days. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The room is quite small, but it is perfectly adequate for two people. The walls are thin, so you can hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door rather than a standard door, so it doesn't provide complete privacy when using the toilet. Other than that, everything was great.

Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l’équipe pour ce merveilleux séjour. L’accueil a été exceptionnel dès mon arrivée. Tout le personnel est très professionnel, souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à aider.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour découvrir Paris, et le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de très bonne qualité.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son dévouement, qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Continuez ainsi, vous faites un travail remarquable.
