I loved it! Definetly a good value for your money if you want to stay in Paris center !
Pros:

Really loved the location, as it is surrounded by a lot of restaurant options and bakeries. It is as well "inside Paris," so it was extremely convenient to get around tourist attractions, not to mention it was just a 10-min walk from the famous roundabout and the famous Champs Elysees. It was as well convenient to walk to the subway!

Cons:

The building itself was smaller than I expected, but it has its particular charms, and I really didn't mind it being small as it was comfortable overall in terms of the bed, shower, AC, etc.

le soir il y a du vin et du fromage dans le loungem il y a des fruits et des petits gateaux en libre service

Cons:

il y a in probleme de securite. tres important a gerer immediatement. la porte qui descend des chambres ouvre brutalenment dans le hall et cela a fait mal a ma maman. il faut mettre des signes tout de suite

Nous sommes très déçues de notre séjour. La chambre n’était absolument pas insonorisée et nous entendions tous les bruits provenant des chambres voisines et du couloir. Il était impossible de dormir correctement et nous avons presque pas dormi de la nuit.

Hotel Cosy et Chaleureux. Chambre petite , mais très agréable.
SDB bien conçu et accessoire toilette japonais ..👍
Bonne isolation avec l extérieur.
Ptit dej tres bien.

Cons:

- Il n y a pas de parking comme il était mentionné. Il s agit d un parking public a proximité , avec tarif id aux parking de la ville.
- Communication compliquée avec le personnel pas très compétent . On a demandé le soir de l aide concernant les appli de stationnement aux bornes: incapable de nous aider.
Le matin, on demande un deca, ils ne savent pas ce que c est.!
- Les tarifs: même si tout augmente drastiquement, Chambre + Ptit dej = cher .

Hotel in reality does not match the photos.

This accommodation is nothing like the photographs.

We paid extra to book a 'family suite' with a balcony. The photos looked beautiful, but the reality does not match.

Our 'suite' was actually two adjoining rooms. In place of a beautiful Parisian balcony (shown in the photographs) was a dim and unappealing small courtyard, formed from the cement walls of the rooms, and shared with another room. There was a neon green lit palm tree in the middle that felt eerie. It didn't feel private or safe, and we kept the curtains closed the whole time.

I've never left a review like this before, but this was our trip to Paris and we were so excited. The whole place felt tired, grim, and misleading. There was also sellotape on our shower and on the balcony doors.

It had a really negative effect on our trip to Paris.

A localização, mas nem tanto. Metrô fica relativamente longe.

Cons:

Falta de clareza nas informações sobre taxa de turismo e café da manhã. Quarto muito pequeno para 3 pessoas e luz da iluminação da fachada, bem na nossa janela. Pagamento via link, que gera dúvidas e preocupações quanto ao uso do cartão de crédito.
