A Place in Paradise.
Pros:

This hotel is set in the perfect position to people watch. The whole area is paradise. Food, ice-cream, drinks were all 1st class. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was so good we stayed an extra few days, I just wish it had been longer. I miss the river and the beautiful walks beside it. I would not hesitate in going back.

Overall, is was a very happy experience at the unique picturesque place!
Pros:

The host lady was very caring and helpful. I was able to check into my room earlier as soon as I've arrived.
I also had my single room upgraded to a double room for free.
In addition, I was given 10% discount to the San Pellegrino Terme.
The bus stops are right in front of the hotel and the town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk in a straight line along the river. The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The ideal would be to have a small cattle for coffee and tea in room option.
