Отличное расположение отеля для проживания в центре города
Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, в самом центре города. Отель в целом очень красивый ,сохранивший старинную архитектуру и атмосферу.

Cons:

Нет лифта при том, что в отеле 3 этажа. Хотя надо сказать, что персонал помог поднять чемоданы в номер на третий этаж. Есть сложности с подъездом на машине, до ближайшей платной парковки( 30€ в сутки) 200 метров. Полотенца и постельное белье были достаточно изношены. Завтраки не имели большого ассортимента, а фруктов вообще не было

Palma is a great city and this is a good hotel to explore it and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Pros:

This old Spanish hotel is beautiful , with a beautiful court yard and a very good cocktail bar , however the room we had was very dark and a view onto the back of another building , this obviously can’t be helped but I don’t feel I can rate the room any higher . The good side to this room is it was very quiet.The location couldn’t be better, you are right in the town.

Cons:

Sadly the breakfast wasn’t great, a good selection but the eggs, bacon and mushrooms were all cold

Gemütliches sehr schönes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage !!
Pros:

Ich mag dieses Hotel einfach - die Lage ist super - die Ausstattung trotz altem wunderschönem Palazzo funktionell und gut gelungen- das Bad modern und sehr sauber und das Personal speziell an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Ich komme sicher wieder - bald !!👏🏼👏🏼

I loved the charm of the place

No lift, which is more of a heads up than a disadvantage. The staff offered to help with the luggage, which was very nice but not needed

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni. Personale davvero gentile, albergo pulito e confortevole. La colazione molto ricca e davvero di qualità. Super consigliato.

Cons:

Unica pecca è che, trattandosi di un palazzo antico nel centro storico, non c’è l’ascensore.

This is a comfortable hotel in a great location. The rooms are reasonably spacious, well-resourced, and well looked after.

Cons:

The courtyard is lovely, but, without explanation, the bar was completely closed for the whole stay. So in effect, it's a B&B not a hotel.
