Are acces foarte ușor la plajă , este chiar lângă hotel

Non e un due stelle ..ma in certi paesi sarebbe addirittura un quattro
Eccezionali i dolci ..fatti in casa dalla proprietaria
Buffet colazione uno spettacolo

Le camere sono pulitissime non grandi ..ma alla fine ci vai a dormire ....

Нечасто пишу отзывы. но тут обязательное напишу.
Спасибо Симоне и Паоло за этот прекрасный семецйный отельчик и наш отдых.
Очень удачное расположение отеля. Первая береговая линия.
Тихая улица. машин почти нет, тольк велики. При это в 200 метрах параллельно улица с трафиком, где ходит 4 атобус и везде можно обраться в центр Риммини.
Относительно недалеко супермаркет Coop с кулинарией, нарезным прошюто и прочим (с учетом только завтраков, это было актуально).
Рядом прекрасная кафешка с пиццей из печи, милым пиццайоло и блюдами с морепродуктами.
Вот вроде и не центр, но всё что нужнро для отдыха -рядом.
Завтраки очень хорошие, не только "итальянский сладкий стол", а был омлет с беконом, нагетсы, йогурты, фрукты чуть, несколько видов хлопьев и мюслей.
Сладкий стол - особый шедевр. И была оочень удивлена, что хозяйка, Симона, готовит это всё сама (сладости). Прям моё почтение.
За доп плату - был забронирован минихолодильник в номер.
Спасибо Вам, Симона и Паоло, за такое душевное место!

Відпочивали із малими дітьми (5 і 2 роки). Чудове місце для відпочинку з дітьми - пляж поруч, атракціони на вечір поруч, дитячі майданчики прямо під вікнами, море мілке - не переживаєш за дітей. Дуже класний персонал 🌸 Рекомендую брати готель із видом на море із практичної сторони - сонце попадає у номер із ранку і до 11 приблизно, в саму спеку сонце не пече і не розігріває номер і балкон, на якому кайфово проводити час)

Le personnel et l'emplacement

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale avec climatisation, mais la chambre qui nous a été attribuée n’était pas adaptée pour une famille.
La chambre était vétuste et la climatisation se limitait à un simple refroidisseur d’air. La salle de bain n’avait aucune ventilation, ce qui la rendait très humide et provoquait une odeur désagréable. Les murs ainsi que les rideaux du dressing et de la fenêtre étaient également sales, ce qui est difficilement acceptable.
Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons été très déçus par la qualité des produits proposés. La majorité des aliments étaient industriels et sans goût. Avec la diversité et la richesse de la cuisine italienne, il serait pourtant facile de proposer des produits plus frais et de meilleure qualité, plutôt que des nuggets industriels, de la viande de kebab ou encore des œufs sans goût et gorgés d’eau.

I don't recommend the hotel
Pros:

I chose this hotel because we stayed on the same street in another hotel in June. That hotel was the only one offering three meals a day, but I didn't want that. I saw this hotel and decided to give it a try. The only reasons we chose it were its location and how it looked from the outside.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with the hidden costs, the cleaning service and the breakfast. I am also disappointed with how the owner handled the situation and the complaints.

Нашей семье очень понравилось проживание в этом отеле, там очень приветливые хозяева, компетентный персонал, чистые номера и прекрасное расположение прямо возле моря. В отеле присутствует лифт, когда приходишь совсем уставший, и так же очень хорошо, что в персонале есть чудесная девушка, которая помогала нам с коммуникацией с хозяевами, так как она знает несколько языков.
При выселения или заселении - в отеле присутствует очень комфортная зона ожидания со всеми удобствами:
Мягкие диванчики и стульчики, туалет, душ, большой шкаф с книгами.
Отель выглядит очень опрятно и приятно радует глаз, в целом нам все понравилось!
