Gezellige behulpzame medewerkers, zowel bij de balie, de ontbijtzaal en het schoonmaakpersoneel.
Keurige parkeergelegenheid (tegen betaling uiteraard).
Uitgebreid ontbijt met verse producten en 'live' kok voor pannenkoeken(flensjes) en gebakken eieren.
Hotel heeft wel hier en daar upgrade nodig, vloeren en vloerbedekkingen zijn verouderd.
A 10 mins walk to the center, shops and restaurants are available very closely. I had a few minor issues with my room and the staff went out of their way to make my stay the nicest. Small gym but with the basics, the rooms to the patio are very nice, modern and spacious, the other ones a little bit outdated but nice enough. There is a bar on the rooftop where the swimming pool is and usually there are sunbeds available without too much trouble.
The swimming pool could need a bit more clean, it is full of suncream and doesn't look too nice.

Beautiful design / we stayed in Patio section. Great rooftop bar and close to Santa Justa train. Easy 20 min walk into central
For me the pool area wasn’t great, too small to swim and not that relaxing as guys shouting and drinking beer in the water - but I do appreciate it’s a plunge pool so for others this wouldn’t be an issue. I just really wanted a little swim space which didn’t work as everyone uses it to chill and drink on. Not a big complaint as for others this wouldn’t be fine.
